Inclusion is not just about opening the door — it is about building the bridge.

When barriers are removed, people can move from potential to opportunity with dignity, access, and confidence. Whether in workplaces, schools, communities, or public spaces, each of us has a role in making participation fair, meaningful, and possible for everyone.

Let’s keep building bridges where no one is left behind.

உள்ளீர்ப்பு என்பது கதவைத் திறப்பது மட்டும் அல்ல — அனைவரும் கடந்து செல்லக்கூடிய பாலத்தை அமைப்பதுமாகும்.

தடைகள் அகற்றப்படும்போது, மக்கள் தங்கள் திறனிலிருந்து வாய்ப்புகளுக்கு மரியாதையுடனும், அணுகலுடனும், நம்பிக்கையுடனும் செல்ல முடியும். பணியிடங்கள், பாடசாலைகள், சமூகங்கள், அல்லது பொது இடங்கள் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், அனைவருக்கும் நியாயமான, அர்த்தமுள்ள பங்கேற்பை உருவாக்குவதில் நம்மில் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் பங்கு உள்ளது.

யாரும் பின்தங்காத பாலங்களை நாம் தொடர்ந்து கட்டுவோம்.

ඇතුළත් කිරීම කියන්නේ දොරක් විවෘත කිරීම පමණක් නොවේ — සියලු දෙනාටම ආරක්ෂිතව හා ගෞරවයෙන් ගමන් කළ හැකි පාලමක් ගොඩනැගීමයි.

බාධක ඉවත් කළ විට, මිනිසුන්ට තම හැකියාවන් අවස්ථාවන් බවට පරිවර්තනය කරගැනීමට හැකිය. වැඩබිම්, පාසල්, ප්‍රජාවන් හෝ පොදු ස්ථානවලදී, සෑම කෙනෙකුටම සාධාරණ හා අර්ථවත් සහභාගීත්වයක් ලබාදීමට අපි හැමෝටම වගකීමක් තිබේ.

කිසිවෙකු පසුපස නොතබන පාලම් අපි ගොඩනගමු.

Building stronger, more inclusive communities through learning and collaboration ..

Successfully conducted Round 1 & 2 of the GEDSI & Youth Engagement Strategy Trainers on Trainee Workshop for Local Partner staff in Dambulla, strengthening knowledge and skills to promote inclusive, meaningful youth engagement and gender equality in programming.

ChildFund Sri Lanka successfully launched the OSEAC Learning Package today, marking an important milestone in strengthening the prevention of Online Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of Children (OSEAC) in Sri Lanka.

Developed through a dedicated seven-month journey, this initiative was designed in response to the growing online risks faced by children in today’s digital environment and the identified need for structured, age-appropriate, and child-friendly learning resources on online safety.
The OSEAC Learning Package includes:
📘 A Facilitator Manual in Sinhala and Tamil
💻 A bilingual LMS Program with online and offline accessibility
🎥 19 educational videos
🧩 Interactive learning activities and digital assessments
👧🏽 Age-appropriate learning pathways for children aged 9–17 years

The package aims to support children to:
✔ Understand online risks and unsafe digital behaviors
✔ Recognize warning signs of exploitation and abuse
✔ Practice safer online behaviors
✔ Seek support and report concerns safely

This initiative was developed through continuous collaboration with children, government stakeholders, technical experts and ChildFund Sri Lanka field teams to ensure the package is practical, inclusive, engaging, and child-friendly.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) and Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team (SL-CERT) for their valuable technical guidance, validation support, and contribution towards strengthening the quality, relevance, and safeguarding standards of this learning package.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all stakeholders and partners who contributed to the successful development and launch of this initiative.Together, we move forward in creating safer digital environments and strengthening child protection systems for every child in Sri Lanka.
