With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Senior Lecturer Nilhan Niles, a respected educator, mentor, and former Head of the Department of Textile & Apparel Engineering, University of Moratuwa.

His unwavering dedication to education, guidance, and lasting contributions have touched the lives of countless students and colleagues. His legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.

On behalf of the Moratuwa University Fashion Designer Association (MUFDA), we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire University of Moratuwa community.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A beautiful day filled with creativity, connection, and colourful memories. It was inspiring to see participants of all ages come together to explore their artistic side and create something uniquely their own.
