An engaging and informative awareness program on "Chronic Disease Prevention" was successfully conducted on 03rd July 2025 at Nawaloka Hospital, Negombo, targeting hospital staff.

This was organized by the Alumni Association of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, as part of their commitment to advancing public health and nutrition awareness.

National Nutrition Month 2025 🥗✨

In celebration of National Nutrition Month 2025, a Nutrition Awareness Program was successfully conducted at Hendiyagala Rathanapala Vidyalaya for school teachers.

This initiative was organized in collaboration with the Nutrition Society (NutSoc) and the Alumni Association of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.

The annual Get-together of the Alumni Association of the Department of Applied Nutrition was held on 9th September 2023 in the University premises at Makandura.
