Circle Cso CIRCLE) is a resource center for Civil Society Organisations to enhance their capacities, and empower them to lead inclusive and sustainable development.

The Civil Society Organizations Interactive Resource Centre for Local Empowerment (CIRCLE) Society Limited is a resource center for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) established in Sri Lanka by ACTED (French INGO) with funds from the European Union in January 2014. Its main goal is to enhance the competency, vibrancy and capacity of CSOs so as to empower them to lead inclusive and sustainable development processes in their respective areas of action.
