Dreams of Women - DoW This initiative aims to support young girls and women in STEAM. Our team at Dreams of Women is united in empowering young girls and women in STEAM.

We firmly believe in a world where women are embraced in STEAM fields and are able to equally contribute to the development of a community and a country through those sectors. Our Vision is to build a space where Sri Lankan women have been equally embraced in all sectors of STEAM, breaking any stigma against them. We bring diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to inspire change and nurture future leaders.

Dreams of Women successfully conducted an engaging and interactive Workshop on Presentation Skills and Public Speaking for the vibrant members of the Rotaract Club of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka !

The session focused on helping participants sharpen their communication, boost their confidence, and present their ideas effectively in both academic and professional spaces. Through hands-on activities and meaningful discussions, participants stepped out of their comfort zones and embraced the power of public speaking.
