WINSPIRATION 5.0 Leadership CEO Meet Session

An inspiring and unforgettable learning experience for the mentees of WINSPIRATION 5.0 as they had the privilege of meeting Supun Weerasinghe, a leader whose journey, values, and vision continue to shape the future of Sri Lanka.

The session went beyond a CEO interaction it became a powerful lesson in leadership, resilience, innovation, and purpose. Through candid conversations and personal insights, mentees gained invaluable perspectives on embracing challenges, taking calculated risks, staying curious, and leading with integrity.

What made the experience even more impactful was witnessing a leader who remains humble, ethical, and committed to investing in the next generation. It reminded our young leaders that success is not only about achievements, but also about inspiring and uplifting others along the way.

On behalf of New Generation Sri Lanka, the youth arm of Women in Management, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Weerasinghe for making time for the future leaders of our nation.
