World Heart Day 💓

Organised by the World Heart Federation, World Heart Day raises awareness of cardiovascular disease, the world’s leading cause of death, and encourages people to take better care of their hearts.

Our hearts work tirelessly for us every day. Let’s give them the care they deserve by making healthier choices, staying active, eating well, and prioritising regular health check-ups.

Small daily choices can make a big difference. Let’s take care of our hearts and encourage those around us to do the same. ❤️

A Day for Reflection and Inner Peace 🌕

Binara Poya invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the values that guide our spiritual journey. It is a day to embrace devotion, compassion, and inner peace, while reflecting on the importance of wisdom and mindful living.

May this sacred day inspire us to live with kindness in our hearts, strengthen our faith, and cultivate greater patience and understanding within ourselves.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and blessed Binara Poya Day. 🙏
