1945 දී මුළු දකුණු ආසියාවටම ආදර්ශයක් වෙමින් ආරම්භ කළ අපේ 'නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනය' අද වන විට පවතින්නේ කොතැනද? 📉🇱🇰

UNESCO සංවිධානයට අනුව රටක් තම දළ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදිතයෙන් (GDP) 4% - 6% ත් අතර ප්‍රමාණයක් අධ්‍යාපනයට වෙන් කළ යුතු වුවත්, අපේ රටේ එය පවතින්නේ 2% ටත් වඩා අඩු මට්ටමකයි.

මෙහි ප්‍රතිඵල ලෙස, ග්‍රාමීය පාසල්වල ප්‍රමාණවත් පහසුකම් නොමැති වීම සහ තරුණ පරපුරට ගෝලීය රැකියා වෙළඳපොළට ගැළපෙන 'යාවජීව අධ්‍යාපනයක්' (Lifelong Learning) අහිමි වීම සිදුවී තිබේ.

අධ්‍යාපනයට මුදල් වෙන් කිරීම යනු 'වියදමක්' නොවේ; එය රටක් ගොඩනඟන දැවැන්තම 'ආයෝජනයයි'.

මෙම වීඩියෝව Global Action Week for Education (GAWE) වැඩසටහන වෙනුවෙන් OECRP තරුණ තරුණියන් විසින් සමාජය දැනුවත් කිරීම සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරන ලදි.

අපේ රටේ තිරසාර දියුණුව වෙනුවෙන්, නූතන ලෝකයට ගැළපෙන අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමයක් සහ ඊට සරිලන ප්‍රතිපාදන වෙන් කරවා ගැනීමට තරුණ අපි එක්ව හඬ නගමු! ✊🏾✨

1945 இல் முழு தெற்காசியாவிற்கும் ஒரு முன்மாதிரியாக ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட நமது 'இலவசக் கல்வி' இன்று எங்கே நிற்கிறது? 📉🇱🇰

யுனெஸ்கோ (UNESCO) அமைப்பின் படி, ஒரு நாடு தனது மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் (GDP) 4% முதல் 6% வரை கல்விக்காக ஒதுக்க வேண்டும் என்றாலும், நமது நாட்டில் இது 2% க்கும் குறைவாகவே காணப்படுகின்றது.

இதன் விளைவாக, கிராமப்புற பாடசாலைகளின் வசதிகள் வீழ்ச்சியடைவதோடு, உலகளாவிய தொழில் சந்தைக்கு ஏற்ற 'வாழ்நாள் கற்றல்' (Lifelong Learning) வாய்ப்புகளை இளைய தலைமுறையினர் இழக்கின்றனர்.

கல்விக்காக நிதி ஒதுக்குவது என்பது ஒரு 'செலவு' அல்ல; அது ஒரு நாட்டை கட்டியெழுப்ப செய்யும் மிகப்பெரிய 'முதலீடாகும்'.

இந்த வீடியோ, கல்வியின் மீதான உலகளாவிய செயல் வார (GAWE) வேலைத்திட்டத்திற்காக சமூக விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காக OECRP இளைஞர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நமது நாட்டின் நிலையான வளர்ச்சிக்காக, நவீன உலகிற்கு ஏற்ற ஒரு கல்வி முறையையும், அதற்கான உரிய நிதியொதுக்கீட்டையும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள இளைஞர்களாகிய நாம் ஒன்றிணைந்து குரல் கொடுப்போம்! ✊🏾✨

Where does our 'free education' stand today, a system that set a powerful example for all of South Asia when it began in 1945? 📉🇱🇰

According to UNESCO, a country should allocate between 4% to 6% of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to education, yet in our country, it remains at less than 2%.

As a result, facilities in rural schools are collapsing, and our younger generation is being deprived of the 'lifelong learning' opportunities required for the global job market.

Allocating funds for education is not an 'expense'; it is the greatest 'investment' in building a nation.
This video was created by the youth of OECRP to raise public awareness for the Global Action Week for Education (GAWE) campaign.

For the sustainable development of our country, let us youth unite our voices to demand an education system fit for the modern world and the proper funding to support it! ✊🏾✨

🌍✋ අද අපි ජාත්‍යන්තර සංඥා භාෂා දිනය සමරමු!

සැමට සවන් දිය හැකි ඇතුළත් ලෝකයක් ගොඩනැගීමට කැප වෙමු. 🤟

ජාත්‍යන්තර සංඥා භාෂා දිනය (IDSL) සෑම වසරකම සැප්තැම්බර් 23 වන දින සමරනු ලැබේ. 🌍✋

එය ප්‍රථම වරට 2017 දී එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ මහා මණ්ඩලය විසින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද අතර, 1951 දී ලෝක බිහිරි සම්මේලනය (WFD) ආරම්භ කිරීම සැමරීම සඳහා දිනය තෝරා ගන්නා ලදී.

දිනයේ අරමුණු වන්නේ,
• සංඥා භාෂාවල වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීම.
• ලොව පුරා බිහිරි ප්‍රජාවන්ගේ භාෂාමය අනන්‍යතාවය සහ සංස්කෘතික විවිධත්වය ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම.
• සංඥා භාෂාවන් කතා කරන භාෂාවන් මෙන් පූර්ණ ස්වාභාවික භාෂාවන් බව අවධාරණය කිරීම.
• බිහිරි ජනතාවගේ මානව හිමිකම් වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටීම.

සෑම වසරකම, එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානය සහ ලෝක බිහිරි සම්මේලනය (WFD) විසින් සැමරුම්, සිදුවීම් සහ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ ව්‍යාපාර මෙහෙයවන ගෝලීය තේමාවක් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරයි. මෙම වසරේ ජාත්‍යන්තර සංඥා භාෂා දිනයේ තේමාව වන්නේ, “No Human Rights Without Sign Language Rights” යන්නයි.

2030 වන විට අධ්‍යාපනය පිළිබඳව තිරසර සංවර්ධන ඉලක්ක 4 සාක්ෂාත් කර ගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳ සංවාදයක් පරිසර හා ළමා අයිතිවාසිකම් සුරැකීමේ සංවිධානය (OECRP) විසින් අධ්‍යාපන සංවර්ධන සන්ධානයේ (CED) මැදිහත්වීමෙන් ඇහැළියගොඩ OECRP ආයතනයේ මූලස්ථානයේදී සාර්ථකව පවත්වන ලදී.

සබරගමුව පළාතේ අධ්‍යාපන ක්ෂේත්‍රයට සම්බන්ධ ප්‍රජා නායකයින්, සිවිල් සංවිධාන සහ රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන් විශාල පිරිසක් මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට සහභාගී වූහ.

CED හි ජාතික සංවිධායක ශාන්ත කුලතුංග මහතා, උපදේශක දිසානායක මහතා සහ OECRP හි විධායක අධ්‍යක්ෂ රංජිත් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට සහභාගී වූහ.

A dialogue on how to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 on Education by 2030 was successfully held at the institute by the Organization of Environment & Children Rights Preservation (OECRP) with the intervention of the Coalition for Education Development (CED).

A large number of community leaders, civil society organizations, and government officials related to the education sector in the Sabaragamuwa Province participated in this discussion.

Mr. Shantha Kulathunga, National Organizer of CED, Mr. Dissanayake, Advisor, and Mr. Ranjith Wickramasinghe, Executive Director of OECRP, participated in this discussion.

2030 ஆம் ஆண்டளவில் கல்வியில் நிலையான வளர்ச்சி இலக்கு 4 ஐ எவ்வாறு அடைவது என்பது குறித்த உரையாடல், சுற்றுச்சூழல் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் உரிமைகள் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்பு (OECRP) கல்வி மேம்பாட்டுக்கான கூட்டணியின் (CED) தலையீட்டால் நிறுவனத்தில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தப்பட்டது.

சபரகமுவ மாகாணத்தில் கல்வித் துறையுடன் தொடர்புடைய ஏராளமான சமூகத் தலைவர்கள், சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் அரசு அதிகாரிகள் இந்தக் கலந்துரையாடலில் பங்கேற்றனர்.
