ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and result-oriented individual for the position of accounts executive, who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of SLAAQP.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• AAT passed finalist/member or part qualified with CA, CIMA, CMA, or any other professional institutions and/or possess a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Management will be added advantage.
• Minimum three years of experience in handling similar job role.
• Computer literacy and ability to use accounting software/ ERP independently.
• Fluency in English Language.
• The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Build strong relationship with the SLAAQP council and other similar organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all financial transactions follow the accepted policies and procedures of the association.
• Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts to the SLAAQP treasurer for council meetings.
• Assist the treasurer in preparing budget estimates for the financial year and monitor budget and actuals monthly.
• Facilitate all payments made by the SLAAQP.
• Ensure all receivables to the SLAAQP are closely followed up and collected and records maintained.
• Work closely with the guidance of the Hony Treasurer and other main office bearers.
• Active participation in special events/annual events and revenue generation activities, seminars and workshops, etc.
• Any other responsibilities relating to the financial operation of the association.
