know we need only provide the foundation and the triggers, the policy, the plan and the process. SPEED takes on the dual role of creating the enabling environment for Sports Performance Development and Sports for Peace and Development as overarching drivers to create a stable and developed Sri Lanka. Towards this, it it will work in tandem with multiple partners including international sport bodies, the UN, the Commonwealth, academic, research and media organizations.
