Breast Cancer is a disease where cells in the breast grow out of control. It can affect both women and men, though it's far more common in women.

How to Overcome Anxiety

1. Breathe deeply – Focused breathing calms the body and mind.
2. Practice mindfulness – Stay in the present moment.
3. Talk to someone – Share with a friend, family, or therapist.
4. Exercise regularly – Physical activity reduces stress.
5. Limit caffeine and alcohol – These can increase anxiety.
6. Sleep well – Rest is crucial for emotional balance.
7. Challenge negative thoughts – Don’t believe every worry.
8. Create a routine – Structure can reduce uncertainty.
9. Stay connected – Isolation can worsen anxiety.
10. Seek professional help if needed – Therapy or medication can help.

1. ඉක්මනින් හුස්ම ගැනීම නවත්වන්න – දීර්ඝ හුස්ම ගැනීම සන්සුන් වීමට උදව් කරයි.

ᴍɪssɪᴏɴ ʜᴇᴀʟ ᴛᴏɢᴇᴛʜᴇʀ 1.0

Hi all,

After a short period of time and heartfelt efforts, we’re humbled to share that we’ve raised Rs.167.8 K through our donation campaign. Today, my friends and I *are* honored to give back to Apeksha Hospital.

We donated 100 packs containing milk powder, jelly,biscuit packets, soap, and Samaposha, along with 300 IV cannulas (24G), 200 IV cannulas (22G), and watermelons for hydration. (Although we had originally planned to include king coconut water,we were unable to do so as it’s fully booked at the hospital for the next two months.)

This wouldn’t have been possible without the kindness and generosity of everyone who contributed. Together, we’ve brought a little hope and comfort to those who need it most.
