In August the ESAF team came together for our ESAF meet, an evening to step away from projects and deadlines, share some good food, sing some songs, laugh, and simply enjoy each other’s company.✨

Behind every ESAF project is a team that gives their time, energy, ideas, and heart. This evening was our little way of celebrating the people behind the work.

More places than you might think.
Endometriosis isn’t simply a “period problem,” and it isn’t confined to the reproductive organs. Endometriosis is a complex, chronic disease that can involve different parts of the body, including the bowel, bladder, lungs, peritoneum, appendix, and, in rare cases, areas beyond the pelvis.

Because symptoms can look different from person to person, knowing the possibilities matters.

The more we understand, the sooner we can recognise.
The sooner we recognise, the sooner we can seek the right care.

Let’s move beyond “just painful periods” and start seeing endometriosis for what it is, a disease that deserves to be understood, taken seriously, and treated with compassion.
