The PJFM Charity Foundation visited Padavi Sripura School in the Trincomalee District, Eastern Province of Sri Lanka, where the Foundation donated PJFM-branded books to support the education of the students.

During the visit, the school urgently requested help to renovate the girls’, boys’ and teachers’ toilets, which were severely deteriorated and required immediate attention.

Recognizing the importance of providing children with safe, clean and dignified facilities, the PJFM Charity Foundation immediately took on the renovation project. The initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to improving the overall well-being of students and creating a better environment in which they can be educated. This initiative was highly appreciated and well accepted.

Together, we can build better facilities for students and create a brighter future for the next generation.

Celebrating World Children’s Day with Love & Giving!

This World Children’s Day, the PJFM Charity Foundation had the joy of sponsoring a special meal for 725 students of Mahagammedda Primary School, situated in Mahagammedda, Payagala, Kalutara District of the Western Province, Sri Lanka.

World Children’s Day reminds us that every child deserves to be loved, cared for, protected, educated, and given equal opportunities to dream and build a brighter future.

Our volunteers were blessed to be there, serving the children, sharing their joy, and making the day a little more special. Their smiles, laughter and excitement were a beautiful reminder that when we make room to care for others, even an ordinary day can become a treasured memory.

Through initiatives like these, we continue to reach children and communities across Sri Lanka, loving, giving, and making a difference, one life at a time.

LKR 3.4 Million worth Medical Equipment Donation to District General Hospital Negombo, for the second consecutive year!

In celebration of the birthday of Prophet H.E. Ambassador Rt. Rev. Bishop Dr. Jerome Fernando, the PJFM Charity Foundation proudly donated medical equipment worth LKR 3.4 million to the District General Hospital – Negombo on 12th September 2026.

The donation included:

• Digital Flexible Cystoscopes – to assist in examining the urinary tract
• Stent Removal Forceps – to support essential urological procedures
• Two Multipara Monitors – to monitor and support the vital care of ICU patients

The digital flexible cystoscope, was an instrument that was previously not available at District General Hospital – Negombo.

Previously, cystoscopy patients often required up to 3 days of admission and undergo general or spinal anaesthesia. With the introduction of digital flexible cystoscopes, the examination can now be completed in approximately 10 minutes without anaesthesia, helping detect conditions such as urinary tract cancers and stones.

This donation brings essential diagnostic services closer to patients in the Negombo area while reducing hospital admissions, anaesthesia, and referrals.

The occasion was graced by Director Dr. Pushpa Gamlathge, hospital consultants, and PJFM medical doctors. This contribution reflects the PJFM Charity Foundation’s continued commitment to strengthening healthcare through essential medical equipment.
