Я выбрал эту сутру, потому что многие небуддисты (традиционно представители разных религий) или нерелигиозные люди не осознают ценность Дхаммы, которую Будда подчеркнул на благо всех людей, независимо от их понимания главной цели учения Будды — Нирваны.

11. බුද්ධ ශාසනේ ආරක්ෂා වෙන්නේ පන්සල් නිසාද? අදහස් සහ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම තල්පාවිල ශාන්ත හිමිගෙන්
මේක තමයි ඇත්තටම මෝඩ ,භයානක ආගමික වෛරය. දිවයිනේ ඉතිරි ප්‍රදේශවල භික්ෂූන් වහන්සේලාගෙන් හිස් වෙච්ච පන්සල් ඕනෑතරම් තියෙනවා. ඔබ යාපනයේ පන්සලක් ගැන කතා කරන්නේ ඇයි? ලංකාවේ මිනිස්සුන්ට භිෂු සංඝ සහ ශ්‍රාවක සංඝ දෙක පැටලිලා දැන් පන්සල් වලට දන් දෙන්නවත් කෙනෙක් නැහැ. ඒකයි හාමුදුරුවෝ නැත්තේ. අපි පැහැදෙන්න ඕන පන්සල්වල ඉන්න භික්ෂු සංඝයා ගැන නෙමෙයි. බුදු හාමුදුරුවෝ දේශනා කරපු ධර්මය හරියටම පිළිපදිමින් නිවන් මගේ යන හෝ නිවන් මගේ ඵල ලබාගත් ආර්ය සංඝයා කෙරෙහි විතරයි.

यह एक और महान सुत्त है जहाँ आप देखते हैं कि कैसे दूसरी शिक्षा को मानने वाला बुद्ध का मानने वाला (बौद्ध उपासक) बन गया। बौद्ध बनने का कोई और तरीका नहीं है (जैसे जन्म से, दान से, ध्यान से, यूनिवर्सिटी की डिग्री से या किसी साधु के सामने सबके सामने 'पंचशील' के 5 सिद्धांतों को 'तिषारण' के 3 शरणों के साथ दोहराकर वगैरह) सिवाय धम्म को सुनने के - वह सच जिसे बुद्ध ने समझाया था और सच में शरीर की आँखों से परे ज्ञान की आँख पाने के।

3.5 Sharing virtuous deeds with a deceased relative or friend. 'Janussoni Sutta' AN10. Comments by Ven. Pallegama Samitha Maha Thero. Eng text and presentation by Talpavila Shanta Himi
This is another great Sutta where you see how a follower of another teaching had become a follower of the Buddha (Buddhist upasaka). There is no other way to become a Buddhist (such as by birth, by donations, by meditation, by university degree or by chanting ‘Panchashila’ 5 principles and ‘Thisarana’ 3 refuges etc.) than listening to Dhamma- the truth and open your wisdom eye beyond the physical eye.
Another point is that, Donation of alms to monks and Brahmans are so great punya kamma that the donor will anyway get a reward even if he/she does all evil. But Nibbana can’t be attained by such Punya Kamma- this is the essence of Buddha's message.

3.4 Sharing Punya kamma with a deceased relative or friend. 'Janussoni Sutta' AN10. Ven. Pallegama Samitha Maha Thero comments, Eng. Text by Talpavila Shanta Himi
In this Sutta we see that the Brahmins knew that Punya(good) kamma from a donation to Shramana or Brahmana can be passed to the deceased relative or friend. But only Buddha knew exactly how after life they can be received. The so-called 'modern science' has not accepted even that mind is a separate organ from body. Acc. to 'Science' mind works until the body is alive. Those who can't believe that by meditation one can see previous life or any Indian 'Nadi Reader' can tell your name, family details and your life before and after this, based only on finger print are ineligible at least to get birth in Sugathi (human or above world) after death. People are wrong sighted by religion, 'science' etc. (10 wrong ways -see our video on Kamala Sutta)

I don’t want a city on Mars.

I don’t want AI in every app.

I don’t want endless data centers spreading across forests and farmland.

I want rivers clean enough to swim in without wondering what’s in the water.

I want forests where I can spend an entire day without hearing traffic or construction.

I want bees to survive, because without pollinators, so much of the life we take for granted begins to disappear.

I want birds to keep returning each spring.

I want healthy soil that can still grow food for future generations.

I want wetlands that protect communities from floods instead of being paved over.

I want whales in healthy oceans, old-growth trees that outlive us, and night skies where the stars are brighter than the city lights.

I want children to know what it feels like to catch tadpoles in a stream, climb a tree, hear frogs after the rain, and watch butterflies drift across a meadow.

I want more parks, more hiking trails, more protected wilderness, and more places where nature is left alone simply because it deserves to exist.

I want progress that works with nature instead of constantly asking nature to make another sacrifice.

Technology has given us extraordinary things. It has connected the world, advanced medicine, expanded knowledge, and solved problems our ancestors could never have imagined.

But somewhere along the way, it started to feel like every solution required another warehouse, another transmission line, another forest cleared, another river diverted, another landscape transformed.

Progress should make our lives better.

It shouldn’t leave the living world poorer.

The greatest achievement of this century won’t be building the smartest AI, the biggest data center, or the first permanent city on another planet.

It will be proving that humanity can innovate without destroying the ecosystems that have sustained us for thousands of years.

Because we have survived without AI.

We have survived without smartphones.

We have survived without data centers.

We have never survived without clean water.

We have never survived without healthy soil.

We have never survived without forests, pollinators, and a stable climate.

The future isn’t a choice between technology and nature.

The real challenge is making sure we still have both.

I don’t want a city on Mars.

I want a planet worth staying on.

Мира не будет, пока истина измеряется оружием. Вооружённые не имеют мудрости . Мудрые никогда не берутся за оружие. Люди, ослепленные 'богом, сотворившим мир', и «наукой, верящей в этого бога», всегда ведут войны, т.к. не верят в карму. Глупые люди, которые не верят в страдания в аду за свои поступки, такие как убийство, присвоение чужого, прелюбодеяние, изнасилование, мошенничество, обман, злоупотребление властью, ложь, клевета, оскорбления, пустые слова, жадность к чужому, пожизненная ненависть и ложные взгляды, счастливы, подобно овце, которая радуется, не подозревая, что однажды будет жестоко убита пастухом, за которым следовала всю свою жизнь.

जब तक हथियार यह तय नहीं करेंगे कि कौन सही है, तब तक शांति नहीं होगी। हत्यारों के पास ताकत के अलावा कोई दिमाग नहीं होता। बुद्धिमानों के पास कोई हथियार नहीं होता. "सृष्टिकर्ता ईश्वर की अज्ञानता" या "विज्ञान" से अंधे होकर पूंजीवादी, कम्युनिस्ट और धार्मिक लोग कर्म में विश्वास की कमी के कारण लड़ते हैं; कि किसी जीवित प्राणी का जीवन लेना, बिना दी गई वस्तु लेना, जानबूझकर झूठ बोलना, घृणास्पद भाषण, खोखले और बुरे शब्द, दूसरों की संपत्ति का लालच, "आँख के बदले आँख" की नफरत और गलत विचारों को नरक में दंडित किया जाएगा। ऐसे मूर्ख भेड़ों की तरह खुशी से रहते हैं, जब तक कि चरवाहा उन्हें मांस के लिए बेरहमी से नहीं मार देता, जिसका वे हर दिन पालन करते हैं।

Nawal El Saadawi is a woman born in Egypt. I respect her more than a "born Buddhist" who doesn't even follow the five precepts. Only a truly honest and righteous person would abandon all religions after being born into Islam.
නවාල් එල් සාදාවි යනු ඊජිප්තුවේ උපන් කාන්තාවකි. පන්සිල්වත් නොරකින උපතින් බෞද්ධයෙකුට. වඩා මම ඇයට ගරු කරමි. ඉස්ලාම් ආගමේ ඉපදිලා සියලු ආගම් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන්න පුළුවන් වෙන්නේ නියම සත්‍යවාදී උතුම් කෙනෙකුට පමණයි.
