To gather the alumni of the Ramakrishna Mission students’ Home, under one banner. To actively participate and contribute excellently towards the activities of the Ramakrishna Mission. To join in and co – operate with the Ramakrishna Mission in all its disaster relief and emergency services. To keep the welfare of each and every member in mind and step in to help as and when the need

To foster the spiritual awakening of the youth in community development projects. To follow the traditional religio- cultural value and to emphasis and spread these. To continue serving the villages through a network of organizations. To initiate a scholarship scheme for students leaving the Homes for higherp education or vocational training. To offer primary relief on occasions of man – made/ natural disasters and then make arrangements for proper rehabilitation of the victims. To explore ways and means of setting the victims to earn an honest living. To empower females, the handicapped, the elderly and the socially ostracized segments of society by special projects. To encourage self – employment ventures among the members and to give the necessary assistance to do so. To give greater opportunity to youngster in order to prepare them to be effective leaders. To make members to be conscious of their duty to the society and to fellow human beings.
