🌈✨ மட்டக்களப்பில் ஒருமைப்பாட்டுக்கான தொடர்புகளை அமைத்தல் | Building Bridges of Solidarity in Batticaloa ✨🌈
இன்று, அனிச்சம் – கிழக்கு குயர் ஒன்றியமானது, "வண்ணம்" – மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் குழு மற்றும் TMSS (தமிழ், முஸ்லிம், சிங்கள சகோதரிகள்) குழு ஆகியோருடன், மட்டக்களப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள சூரியா பெண்கள் அபிவிருத்தி நிலையதில் நடைபெற்ற அர்த்தமுள்ள மற்றும் உள்ளடக்கமான கலந்துரையாடலில் பங்குபற்றியது.
நாம் கதைகள் மற்றும் ஒற்றுமையைப் பகிர்ந்தோம் — எங்கள் வேறுபாடுகளை அரவணைத்து, ஒற்றுமை, மரியாதை மற்றும் சமத்துவத்துக்கான எங்கள் கூட்டு பயணத்தை வலுப்படுத்தினோம். புறக்கணிப்பு, மறு எழுச்சி மற்றும் நம்பிக்கை போன்ற எங்கள் பொதுவான அனுபவங்களை நாம் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டோம். இந்த உரையாடல், பாலினம், மாற்றுத் திறன்கள், இனம், கலாச்சாரம் மற்றும் மதம் வரை பல அடையாளங்களை கடந்துகொண்டு கேட்க, கற்றுக்கொள்ள, மற்றும் இணைக்க இடத்தை உருவாக்கியது — உண்மையான ஒற்றுமை என்பது புரிதலும், பரஸ்பர மரியாதையும் மூலம் துவங்குகிறது என்பதைக் நினைவூட்டியது.
எல்லா புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்ட குரல்களுடனும் நாங்கள் ஒற்றுமையில் நின்றதை பெருமையாக நினைக்கிறோம். சமூகத்துடன் ஒன்றிணைந்து மேலும் வலிமையடையவும், ஒவ்வொரு குரலும் கேட்கப்படவும், ஒவ்வொருவரும் மதிக்கப்படவும், யாரும் புறக்கணிக்கப்படாத ஒரு எதிர்காலத்தை உருவாக்க நாம் தொடர்ந்து பயணிப்போம். 💜🤝
Today, ANICHCHAM - Eastern Q***r Collective had the privilege of joining a meaningful and inclusive conversation alongside the "VANNAM" - a Differently Abled Community Group and the TMSS (Tamil, Muslim, Sinhala Sisters) Group at SURIYA Women’s Development Centre, Batticaloa.
Together, we shared space, stories, and solidarity — embracing our differences and strengthening our collective journey toward inclusion, dignity, and equality for all. We reflected on our shared experiences of exclusion, resilience, and hope. The dialogue created and opened space to listen, learn, and connect across identities — from gender and disability to ethnicity, culture and faith — reminding us that true inclusion begins with understanding and mutual respect.
We’re proud to stand in solidarity with all marginalised voices and deeply grateful for the warmth, wisdom, and strength shared in this space. Let's continue growing stronger together with the community, working toward a future where every voice is heard, every body is valued, and no one is left behind. 💜🤝
