Nell'ambito del Progetto REVEAL, coordinato dall'Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, e finanziato dall’ Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo – AICS 🇮🇹 , la nostra nuova ricercatrice Silvia Festuccia 💪🔍, membro del team che si occupa di archeologia dell’Asia occidentale e del Mediterraneo orientale
antichi, parteciperà come relatrice il 5 febbraio prossimo alla conferenza internazionale sugli scavi archeologici nell’area di Qalaat El-Hosn 🏛️⛰️, situata nella splendida area montuosa della Riserva della Biosfera dello Shouf (Shouf Biosphere Reserve, in Libano).
📍 L’evento si terrà presso la Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences della Lebanese University – succursale di Saida (Sidone) 🇱🇧, un importante polo accademico dove si promuovono studi archeologici.
🗣️ Silvia interverrà insieme a Myriam Zyadé del Direttorato Generale delle Antichità del Libano, per presentare i risultati più recenti degli scavi e delle ricerche a Qalaat El-Hosn 🏺📜.
👉 Una grande opportunità di scambio scientifico, dialogo culturale e valorizzazione del paesaggio archeologico e non solo libanese 🌍✨

As part of the REVEAL Project, coordinated by the University of Insubria and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation – AICS 🇮🇹, our new researcher Silvia Festuccia 💪🔍—a member of the team working on the archaeology of ancient Western Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean—will take part as a speaker on February 5 in the international conference on archaeological excavations in the Qalaat El-Hosn area 🏛️⛰️, located in the stunning mountainous landscape of the Shouf Biosphere Reserve (Lebanon).

📍 The event will be held at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of the Lebanese University – Saida (Sidon) branch 🇱🇧, an important academic hub promoting archaeological studies.

🗣️ Silvia will speak alongside Myriam Zyadé from the Lebanese Directorate General of Antiquities, presenting the latest results of excavations and research at Qalaat El-Hosn 🏺📜.
