في إطار التواصل الليونزي وتعزيز روح الأخوّة بين أندية المنطقة 351، استقبل حاكم المنطقة 351 لبنان والأردن وفلسطين، الليون إلياس أنطونيوس، في مقر الحاكمية في بعبدا، وفدًا من نادي Beirut Golden Hearts Lions Club برئاسة الليون غادة كنعان، وبحضور رئيس الإقليم التاسع الليون وفيق حوحو، في زيارة تهنئة بمناسبة تولّيه مهامه حاكمًا للمنطقة للسنة الليونزية 2026–2027.
وخلال اللقاء، عبّر أعضاء الوفد عن تمنياتهم للحاكم بسنة ليونزية ناجحة ومثمرة، حافلة بالخدمة والإنجازات والأثر الإيجابي، مؤكدين أهمية التعاون والعمل بروح واحدة لتحقيق أهداف المنطقة وخدمة المجتمع.
بدوره، شكر الحاكم أعضاء النادي على مبادرتهم وزيارتهم، وقام بتعليق زر الحاكم لأعضاء النادي، في لفتة رمزية تجسّد روح الانتماء والأخوّة الليونزية، وتؤكد أن قوة الليونز تكمن في وحدتهم وتعاونهم.
معًا نخدم، معًا نصنع الأثر.

In the spirit of Lions fellowship and continued communication among the clubs of District 351, District Governor Lion Elias Antonios welcomed a delegation from Beirut Golden Hearts Lions Club, headed by Lion Ghada Kanaan, at the District Governor’s Office in Baabda. The visit took place in the presence of Region 9 Chairperson Lion Wafic Houhou and marked a warm gesture of congratulations on the Governor’s assumption of his duties for the Lions year 2026–2027.
During the meeting, the delegation extended their heartfelt wishes to the District Governor for a successful and productive Lions year, filled with service, achievements, and meaningful impact. They also emphasized the importance of collaboration and working together with one spirit toward the goals of the District and the service of the community.
In return, District Governor Lion Elias Antonios thanked the club members for their thoughtful initiative and visit. He presented and personally pinned his District Governor pin on the members of the club, a symbolic gesture reflecting Lions fellowship, belonging, and unity, and reaffirming that the strength of Lions lies in working and serving together.

استقبل حاكم المنطقة 351 لبنان والأردن وفلسطين، الليون إلياس أنطونيوس، في مقر الحاكمية في بعبدا، الدكتور روجيه جمهوري شويري والدكتور شارل حاج، المدير الطبي في بلدية الجديدة البوشرية السد وذلك بحضور رئيسة لجنة التسويق والإعلام في المنطقة 351، الليون نادين لوندس.

وجرى خلال اللقاء البحث في سبل التعاون والتنسيق مع بلدية الجديدة خلال المرحلة المقبلة، ولا سيما في المجال الصحي، وإمكانية إطلاق مبادرات وحملات مشتركة تخدم المجتمع وتساهم في توسيع نطاق الخدمات الصحية المقدّمة.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء ضمن توجه المنطقة 351 نحو تعزيز الشراكات مع البلديات والمؤسسات المحلية، وتحويل التعاون إلى مبادرات عملية تترك أثرًا إيجابيًا ومستدامًا في المجتمع.

District Governor of District 351, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine, Lion Elias Antonios, welcomed Dr. Roger Jamhouri Choueiry and Dr. Charles Hajj, Medical Director at the Municipality of Jdeideh, Bouchrieh and Sed El Bauchrieh, at the District Governor’s Office in Baabda, in the presence of District 351 Marketing and Communications Chairperson, Lion Nadine Lawandos.

During the meeting, discussions focused on opportunities for future cooperation and coordination with the Municipality, particularly in the healthcare sector, as well as the possibility of launching joint initiatives and health campaigns aimed at serving the community and expanding access to healthcare services.

This meeting reflects District 351’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with municipalities and local institutions, transforming collaboration into meaningful initiatives that create a positive and sustainable impact within the community.
