Tatweer Baladna New Tatweer Baladna (TB) is a Lebanese non-profit organization founded in 2017 aiming to focus on quality education and community engagement.

Since its foundation, TB has helped thousands of children, youth, students and teachers elevate their knowledge and skills. It also engaged with key stakeholders and established solid partnerships with schools, municipalities and active organizations across Lebanon. Our programs are centered around providing youth with skills and mindset to facilitate transition into the future of work while prom

oting community engagement where youth are the main agents of their development and are actively involved in their communities. Our Organization was formed to connect deserving students to quality education in science and technology with a special emphasis on digital arts, computer technology, renewable energy and environmental sciences.

Following our successful kickstart in the EU-funded Interreg NEXT MED DigitalLife4ALL project, Tatweer Baladna is proud to announce its participation in two newly awarded projects under the Green Transition Call.

Selected among 49 projects, these initiatives are part of a €113 million EU 🇪🇺 investment bringing together 331 organizations from 15 Mediterranean countries to advance green, inclusive, and sustainable development across the region.

We are excited to begin this new chapter with our Mediterranean partners and create meaningful impact through collaboration and innovation.

بعد إطلاق مشروع DigitalLife4ALL المموّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي ضمن برنامج Interreg NEXT MED، يسعدنا في جمعية تطوير بلدنا الإعلان عن مشاركتها في مشروعين جديدين تم اختيارهما ضمن دعوة التحول الأخضر (Green Transition Call).

وقد تم اختيار هذين المشروعين ضمن 49 مشروعًا فائزًا، كجزء من استثمار أوروبي بقيمة 113 مليون يورو 🇪🇺 يجمع 331 مؤسسة ومنظمة من 15 دولة متوسطية، بهدف تعزيز التنمية الخضراء والشاملة والمستدامة في المنطقة.

نحن متحمسون لبدء هذه المرحلة الجديدة مع شركائنا في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والمساهمة في تحقيق أثر ملموس من خلال التعاون والابتكار.

اجتماع شركاء مشروع DigitalLife4ALL في صفاقس، تونس 🇹🇳

اجتمع شركاء المشروع من ست دول متوسطية: اليونان، قبرص، تركيا، الأردن، تونس ولبنان، في مدينة صفاقس، باستضافة الشريك التونسي في المشروع، جامعة North American Private University، وذلك ضمن اجتماع شركاء مشروع DigitalLife4ALL.

ركّز الاجتماع على تعزيز التعاون بين الشركاء، وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات، واستعراض مراحل تقدم المشروع، ومناقشة الخطوات المقبلة نحو مستقبل أكثر شمولاً وتمكيناً رقمياً في المنطقة.

كما شارك الشركاء في مؤتمر “AI for Jobs” الذي نظّمه الشريك التونسي ضمن مبادرة DigitalLife4ALL، والذي سلّط الضوء على الدور المتنامي للذكاء الاصطناعي في تشكيل مستقبل العمل والتحوّل الرقمي.

وقد مثّل جمعية تطوير بلدنا كلّ من رئيس الجمعية السيد هيثم صعب، ومديرة البرامج السيدة زينة شلق، حيث قدّمت زينة مداخلة مميّزة خلال المؤتمر حول دور مشروع DigitalLife4ALL في دعم تطوير المهارات الرقمية وتعزيز فرص العمل المستقبلية من خلال الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار.

وبعيداً عن الاجتماعات والجلسات الرسمية، استمتع الشركاء أيضاً بلحظات اجتماعية وثقافية مميزة خلال استكشافهم لمدينة صفاقس، مما ساهم في تعزيز التعاون المهني وروابط الصداقة بين شركاء المنطقة.

🇪🇺 EU-Interreg DigitalLife4ALL Team Partners Meeting (TPM) in Sfax, Tunisia 🇹🇳

Partners from Greece, Cyprus, Türkiye, Jordan, Tunisia, and Lebanon gathered in Sfax for the DigitalLife4ALL TPM, hosted by the North American Private University.

The meeting focused on collaboration, project progress, and next steps toward a more inclusive and digitally empowered Mediterranean region.

Partners also attended the “AI for Jobs” conference under the DigitalLife4ALL initiative, exploring the role of AI in shaping the future of work and digital transformation.

Tatweer Baladna was represented by President Haitham Saab and Programs Director Zeina Shalak, who contributed a valuable intervention on digital skills, AI, and future employment opportunities.

Beyond the sessions, partners also shared meaningful cultural and social moments while exploring Sfax, strengthening both collaboration and regional friendships.

DigitalLife4ALL partners are meeting in Sfax, Tunisia from May 12–14, 2026!

Partners from 🇱🇧 Lebanon, 🇹🇳 Tunisia, 🇯🇴 Jordan, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇨🇾 Cyprus, and 🇹🇷 Türkiye will come together to continue working on building a more inclusive digital future across the Mediterranean region.

The meeting will focus on strengthening digital inclusion for older adults, sharing progress, exchanging experiences, and developing new ways to support seniors in accessing and using digital tools safely and confidently.

Tatweer Baladna is proud to represent Lebanon in this regional collaboration and continue working toward communities where no one is left behind digitally.
