As part of Session 2 of the Responsible Business Conduct webinar series, Strategic Communication for Responsible Business Conduct, held in collaboration with Deloitte Middle East, Maya Rafii, Managing Director | Chief Learning Officer, Culture & Inclusion and Internal Communications Leader at Deloitte Middle East, shared practical insights on the importance of people-centered internal communication.

Her reflections resonated deeply: leaders don’t always have all the answers — but they can always show up with clarity, honesty, authenticity, and intention. Keeping people at the center, speaking with one voice, and equipping leaders to communicate with confidence aren’t just best practices. They are the foundation of responsible leadership.

Our sincere thanks to Maya for her valuable insights, and to Deloitte Middle East for their contribution to such a valuable discussion.
