:نصايح للراحة والوقاية

:العناية بالبشرة
رطّب كل يوم
تحمّم بمي فاترة ووقت الحمّام قصير (10-15 دقيقة)
بس تطلع من الحمّام، نشّف حالك بنعومة – ما تفرك
الشمس مفيد بس بشكل معتدل فتجنّب الشمس القوية، ودايماً استعمل واقي شمس

:إدارة التوتر
لاحظ شو بيزعّجك، وجرّب تتفاداه
مارس التنفّس العميق، أو اليوغا، أو حتى المشي
إحط حالك بناس بيدعموك وبيفهموك
إنضمّ لمجموعات دعم لمرضى الصدفية
!وإنت؟ شو طريقتك لتخفّف التوتّر؟ شاركنا نصايحك

:تغييرات بأسلوب الحياة

حافظ على وزن معتدل
كول بشكل صحي
خفف أو تجنّب الكحول
