As we wrap up 2025, we do so with gratitude, and with proof that what we do truly matters.

Over the last 6 months alone, we collected 350+ units of blood, supporting 1,000+ patients. That impact didn’t happen by chance; it happened because every volunteer and member chose to show up, stay committed, and serve with heart.

In 2026, we will be even stronger, more disciplined, more united, and more action-driven, so we can save even more lives. 🩸✨

Heart of Life Lebanon successfully completed its first Training of Trainers (TOT), a major milestone in strengthening our internal capacity and equipping a new cohort of trainers to lead high-quality volunteer engagement and community initiatives with consistency, professionalism, and impact.

This Christmas, we were reminded that miracles don’t always come wrapped in ribbons… sometimes they come in a single drop of blood. 🎄🩸

At , hearts gathered before anything else. We collected 28 blood units, a gift that can help up to 84 children cancer patients, whose fight is bigger than words, and whose courage humbles us all. ❤️‍🩹

And yes… even Santa Claus donated 🎅🩸
Because in this season, the real magic is compassion.

May God bless every donor, every volunteer, and every person who chose to give from what they carry inside them - life.

May this act be written as a light in our path, and as mercy for those who need it most. ✨🙏

Today, we celebrate the souls who give without expecting anything in return, the volunteers who carry Heart of Life with love, strength, and humanity❤️.

Every unit of blood collected,
every life saved,
every moment of hope created…
happens because they choose to show up.

In a country facing hardship, they are the reminder that goodness still exists, that compassion is stronger than crisis, and that one act of kindness can save a life.

To our volunteers:
You are the heartbeat of this mission.
You are the reason somebody has a tomorrow🫀.

Thank you for your courage, your dedication, and your heart.

من 16 سنة، انكتبت "لبنان رح يرجع"… وكلماتها من وقتها لهلّق بعدها عم تتكرر بقلوبنا. يمكن تغيّر الزمن، بس منعرف إنّو معناها ما تغيّر: نفس الوطن، نفس الوجع، ونفس الأمل اللي رافض يموت.

نحنا ببلد اسمو مستقل… بس واقعو بعدو محاصر.
الجنوب تحت النار يوميًا، ضيعنا عم تنحرق، واخواتنا عم يصيرو شهداء ببلد المفروض يكون آمن لإلن.

وبين أزمة اقتصادية، حرب مفتوحة، وغياب الاستقرار… بيضلّ اللبناني واقف، راسه مرفوع، حامل وجع وطن كامل على كتافه.

ومع هيك… بيضلّ في صوت جوّاتنا عم يقول:

لبنان رح يرجع.

مش لأنو الطريق سهل… بل لأنو شعبو أقوى من كل اللي عم يحاول يكسر إرادتو.

بهيدا النهار، منحتفل باستقلال ما كان يوم حدث تاريخي…كان وما زال حرب يومية لنحافظ عليه.

منحيّي الشهداء، منوقف حدّ أهل بلدنا، منمسك بإيدين بعض، ومنقولها بصوت عالي:

مهما اشتدّت الايام … لبنان رح يرجع، لأنو الحق ما بيموت 🇱🇧
