جلسة "الاطمئنان في زمن المتغيرات"
بهالفترة، مش دايمًا منلاقي وقت لنوقف… ونحكي.
منكمّل، منكون موجودين للآخرين، بس قليلًا ما منسأل حالنا: نحنا كيف؟
جلسة "الاطمئنان في زمن المتغيرات" هي مساحة جديدة مفتوحة للجميع في بيت بيروت — دعوة لنلتقي، نهدأ، ونسمع بعض.
المساحة مفتوحة لكل حدا حابب يشارك، يحكي، أو حتى بس يكون موجود.
سوا، منتشارك تجاربنا، منفكّر بالتحدّيات والأسئلة، ومنحاول نلاقي طرق لنكمّل… من دون ما نكون لوحدنا.
هي كمان مساحة عناية، وفرصة نفكّر سوا بدورنا وشغلنا، وبكيف فينا نتخيّل ونطوّر مساحات مشتركة مثل بيت بيروت.

Check-In in Times of Uncertainty
In times like these, making space to pause—and to speak—can feel out of reach.
We keep going, showing up, staying present for others… but rarely asking ourselves: how are we, really?
“Check-In in Times of Uncertainty” is a newly opened space at Beit Beirut— an invitation to come together, reflect, and listen.
Now open to all, the sessions welcome anyone who feels the need to pause, share, or simply be in the presence of others.
Together, we’ll exchange experiences, navigate questions and ethical challenges, and think collectively about how to continue… without doing it alone.
It is also a space of care and a moment to reflect on our roles, our work, and how we imagine and shape shared spaces like Beit Beirut.
