Key Components of the Workshop:
Structured into four main sections:
* Building Code Needs: Why governments require updated energy codes (objectives: energy efficiency, carbon reduction, resilience).
* Building Code Measures: What technical and operational measures are prioritized.
* Building Policies and Codes: How government capabilities and policies support code development and implementation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Who are the key individuals and organizations for successful code development.
Participants ranked priorities, compared results to consensus from other pilot workshops (Chicago, Kenya, Lebanon), and engaged with a gamified element that enhanced learning and participation.
Each section uses a scoring sheet for participants to rate and prioritize topics.
Scores are compared to global consensus results, but local context is emphasized.
The winner is the participant whose priorities most closely match the consensus from previous workshops.

The tool was piloted in Chicago, Kenya, and Lebanon, with feedback used to refine priorities and consensus answers.
* Consensus review
* Identification of local priorities
* Actionable steps for code development
* Integration of global best practices
