Devastating flash floods and mudslides have struck communities in **Rasuwa, Nuwakot and surrounding areas of Nepal**, leaving families displaced and communities facing enormous loss.

Homes, roads, bridges and essential infrastructure have been damaged or destroyed. Families are facing the loss of livelihoods, possessions and security, while search, rescue and recovery efforts continue.

Nepal has been hit by severe flash floods with more than 50,000 people reportedly affected and several others feared missing. Heavy rainfall has triggered dangerous flooding in multiple areas, disrupting daily life and creating challenging conditions for residents and rescue teams.
