we sang together while played the flute✨

we currently working on launching a crowdfunding campaign in order to create more ‘Besties’ and support as many more children as possible!

Lebanon, you will always be our sunshine!

our hearts are shattered, thinking of all the displaced children that were forced to flee their homes, leaving behind their belongings, their memories and their toys..

today, despite all, we continue creating more ‘besties’ to distribute to as many children as possible.
in these difficult times, we stand with the children’s right to play, to escape this harsh reality, and to nourish their imagination.

‘bestie’ will whisper lullabies, hug them to sleep, and gently weave their dreams..
PS. this drawing and musical interpretation of our National Anthem was imagined by Marco, a Lebanese child reflecting his emotions in these turbid moments.

One beautiful rainy Saturday at Mandalou_darinou with the theme of "Solidarity and Sharing" where the kids stuffed and decorated "Bestie" along with making unique notebooks that will be donated to other children during Christmas. The kids were calling their Besties beautiful names like: "Doudou", "Banane", "Blueberry"!

On a rainy December day, we doodled a one-of-a-kind "Bestie" with the kids at the atelier of Mandalou_darinou. Thank you Darine for your subtle ways of introducing themes of "Solidarity and Sharing" in the most fun way to the children who warmed our hearts with their energy!

Fournir aux enfants défavorisés du matériel artisanal pour se réchauffer mais aussi pour jouer et rêver. Semer des paillettes de bonheur et d'espoir dans la vie de ces enfants-là grâce au célèbre doudou Bestie. C'est l'objectif de l'ONG "You are my sunshine" fondée par des femmes qui se donnent corps et âmes pour aider les enfants à besoins spéciaux.
C'est avec beaucoup de reconnaissance et d'amour que nous les recevons ce samedi pour collaborer ensemble et encourager les enfants qui participent à nos ateliers au travail humanitaire et leur donner l'occasion de vivre la joie de donner.
