Hafiz Muhammad Shabbir member of Overseas Pakistanis Advisory Council, appointed by Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis(D.O.No. 3(53)/2010-OPAC-1) on 13 June, 2013 special announcement by Ambassador of Pakistan in Kuwait. Moreover, the Prime Minister has been pleased to direct that the main purpose of the council would be to include Overseas Pakistanis, in decision making body of the Government. The

Terms of Reference (ToR) of OPAC are as under:-
i) To advise the Government on matters affecting Overseas Pakistanis
Like welfare, visa, passport and job opportunities. ii) To promote export of manpower. iii) To encourage and organize productive investment and
in Pakistan by Overseas Pakistanis. iv) To publicize abroad the investment and commercial opportunities
in Pakistan including tourism. v) To motivate local Pakistani community to send remittances
through banking channels. vi) To promote understanding of Pakistan`s potential. vii) To promote Pakistani exports. vii) To advise on any other relevant matter
