더 나은 전세계를 위한 공공정보보호 5단계 재정비 필요성.
1. 매우낮음: 개방된 데이터로 마음만 먹으면 찾을 수 있는 데이터 (뉴스, 검색정보, 미디어 등)
2. 낮음: 개방되었지만, 일부에게만 공개된 데이터 (학술자료 등)
3. 보통: 일상 데이터로 개방된 데이터와 개인 데이터가 섞여진 형태의 데이터로 특정 조직에만 귀속된 데이터 (낮은단계 영업비밀 등)
4. 높음: 패스워드를 혹은 복수의 암호화 장치를 입력해야 접속할 수 있는 개인화된 데이터 (높은단계 영업비밀, 의료, 군사 정보 등)
5. 매우높음: 개인 외엔 접근이 완전 제한된 데이터로, 개인의 고유 특성으로만 접근할 수 있는 데이터
기초적으로 이러한 가이드라인에 따라 보호되지 않으면, 지속가능한 사회에 있어서 개인과 단체의 권리 침해와 교란이 상당히 올 수 있습니다.
미래 사회에는 정보 보호의 수준이 높을수록 삶의 질도 올라갈 것으로 사료됩니다. 정보 보안단계 조율에는 지속적인 협의와 세분화가 필요합니다.
세계는 유기적인 체계로 변화하지만, 선진화된 정보보호 문화가 정착될수록 불필요한 개인과 단체의 에너지 소모가 줄어들 수 있습니다.
The needs to organize the 5 levels of public information protection for a better world.
1. Very low: Data that can be found if you put your mind to it as open data (news, search information, media, etc.)
2. Low: Data that is open but only available to some (academic data, etc.)
3. Moderate: Data that is a mixture of open data and personal data as everyday data and is only owned by a specific organization (low-level trade secrets, etc.)
4. High: Personalized data that requires a password or multiple encryption devices to access (high-level trade secrets, medical, military information, etc.)
5. Very high: Data that is completely restricted to anyone other than the individual and can only be accessed with the unique characteristics of the individual
Basically, if not protected according to these guidelines, there can be significant violations and disruptions of the rights of individuals and groups in a sustainable society.
It is expected that the higher the level of information protection in the future society, the higher the quality of life.
Coordination of information security levels requires continuous consultation and segmentation. The world is changing into an organic system, but as an advanced information security culture becomes established, unnecessary energy consumption by individuals and groups can be reduced.
