We are looking for leaders working on Climate Adaptation ─ helping communities reduce harm and build resilience in a world already affected by the climate crisis.

🌏 Eligible Countries
- Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, The Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam

📝 Eligibility
- (Co-)Founder and Current Representative of an organization working on climate change solutions (operating for at least one year)
- Works full-time for the organization and is fully dedicated to it
- National of the country where the organization operates
- Good command of English

🔸Ineligible Applicants
- One-person businesses (at least one additional full-time employee needed)
- For-profit companies that have raised Series A funding or beyond

- 캄보디아, 인도네시아, 말레이시아, 네팔, 필리핀, 태국, 베트남

📝 지원자격
- 조직의 대표로서, 기후위기 문제 해결을 위한 혁신조직을 창업하고 1년 이상 운영 중인 사회혁신리더

Global Cerah, a company from Malaysia, provides an IoT-based solution that transforms agricultural waste into eco-friendly alternative proteins.

💚 Global Cerah was founded by Willie, an Asia Beautiful Fellow from the 2nd cohort.
Over the past two years, it has:
♻ Treated 1,450 tons of agriculture waste per month.
🥥 Produced 1,100 tons of alternative proteins per month.
👩‍🌾 Supported 150 local farmers through its subsidy program.
🌳 Reduced farmers' input costs by 40% compared to imported chemical alternatives.
