한국매니페스토실천본부 이광재사무처장의 말이다. 그는 이를 ‘넥스트(Next) 민주주의 3.0’으로 정의했다. 그는 “시민이 주인이 되고, 시민이 좀 더 현명해지고, 가슴속에 냉철한 이성과 따뜻한 감성을 갖추고 우리 사회의 미래 발전을 고민하는 넥스트 민주주의로 가는 데 세금 감시가 출발점이 됐으면 한다”고 설명했다.
