On 13 and 20 August 2026, the Bayon Education and Development Team participated in Planting Trees, Environment, TVET Awareness Event under the theme “𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗝𝗼𝗯𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀” in Oddar Meanchey and Banteay Meanchey Provinces, organised by 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱.

The activity aims to encourage youth, schools, local authorities, and communities to take part in environmental protection through tree planting, while promoting Technical and Vocational Education and Training opportunities. 🌿🎓

Les 13 et 20 août 2026, l’équipe de Bayon Education and Development a participé à des journées de plantation d’arbres et de sensibilisation à l’environnement et à la formation professionnelle (TVET), organisées par 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲 dans les provinces d’Oddar Meanchey et de Banteay Meanchey, autour du thème : « 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶, 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘅 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ».

Cette initiative vise à encourager les jeunes, les écoles, les autorités locales et les communautés à s’engager dans la protection de l’environnement à travers la plantation d’arbres, tout en faisant connaître les opportunités offertes par l’enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (TVET). 🌿🎓

🐔🌱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺

Last week, our Agroecology Skills – Intake 6 students visited a few chicken farms in Chikeng District as part of their study tour.

👩‍🌾🐔 During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about the chicken-raising process, from preparing the chicken houses and caring for young chicks to feeding, managing, and preparing the chickens for sale.

A big thank you to the host farm for welcoming our students, sharing knowledge and experience, and providing the opportunity to learn from a real farming environment. 🙏🤝

🐔🌱 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀

La semaine dernière, les étudiants de la 6ᵉ promotion de notre formation en agroécologie ont visité plusieurs élevages de poulets dans le district de Chikeng dans le cadre d’une sortie pédagogique.

👩‍🌾🐔 Au cours de cette visite, les étudiants ont pu découvrir les différentes étapes de l’élevage de poulets : de la préparation des poulaillers et des soins apportés aux poussins à leur alimentation, leur gestion et leur préparation pour la vente.

Un grand merci aux éleveurs qui ont accueilli nos étudiants, partagé leurs connaissances et leur expérience, et leur ont permis d’apprendre directement dans un environnement agricole concret. 🙏🤝

At the beginning of August 2026, our Agroecology Skills – Intake 5 students started their internships with various farms, NGOs, and companies, including ដីដើម្បីជីវិត - Soil for Life Song Saa Private Island Green House - ផ្ទះបៃតង ល្អីបៃតង - Laey Baitong ចំការមុន្នី រីករាយ 𝗛𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 🌿🤝

This year, we are also excited to see our students applying their agroecology knowledge not only in agriculture but also in the tourism sector. At 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, our students are developing a 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳’𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 and putting agroecology practices into action to grow fresh, sustainable produce for the hospitality environment. 👩‍🌾🌱👨‍🍳

Cette année, nous sommes également ravis de voir nos étudiants mettre en pratique leurs connaissances en agroécologie non seulement dans le secteur agricole, mais aussi dans celui du tourisme. À 𝗞𝗼𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗮, nos étudiants développent un potager destiné à la cuisine et mettent en œuvre les pratiques de l’agroécologie afin de produire des aliments frais et durables pour le secteur de l’hôtellerie-restauration. 👩‍🌾🌱👨‍🍳

As part of their learning, preschool students have the opportunity to take part in caring for their school garden. Through this hands-on experience, they evolve to plant, water, care for, and observe plants growing on their school campus. 🌱💧🌿

This real-life learning environment helps children develop responsibility, teamwork, and a love for nature while having fun and learning by doing. 💚

Dans le cadre de leurs apprentissages, les élèves de maternelle ont l’occasion de participer à l’entretien du potager de leur école. Grâce à cette expérience concrète, ils apprennent à planter, arroser, prendre soin des plantes et observer leur croissance au sein de leur établissement. 🌱💧🌿

Cet environnement d’apprentissage grandeur nature aide les enfants à développer leur sens des responsabilités, leur esprit d’équipe et leur amour de la nature, tout en s’amusant et en apprenant par la pratique. 💚

🎓 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗻.

Her journey with Bayon began in 2010, when she was still in primary school. Sixteen years later, she has earned a 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 at 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 and is now preparing to continue her studies with a 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗵.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗻 is a perfect example of our impact: 𝟭𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, from primary school to a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

We are proud to have supported her throughout this journey and look forward to seeing where her next steps take her.

🎓 𝗔 𝗹’𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗷𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘇 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗻.

Son parcours avec 𝗟’𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 a commencé en 2010, alors qu’elle était encore à l’école primaire. Seize ans plus t**d, elle a obtenu un 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 en informatique et s’apprête à poursuivre ses études avec un 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘂𝘅 𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮 𝗣𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗵.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗻 est un parfait exemple de notre impact : 𝟭𝟲 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗱’𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, de l’école primaire jusqu’à l’obtention de son Bachelor en informatique.

Nous sommes fiers de l’avoir accompagnée tout au long de ce parcours et avons hâte de voir où ses prochaines étapes la mèneront.

Début août, les étudiantes de notre 12ᵉ promotion en boulangerie-pâtisserie ont entamé une nouvelle étape de leur parcours en débutant leur stage à Siem Reap, Phnom Penh et Sihanoukville.

Après plusieurs mois de formation à l'École du Bayon, où elles ont développé leurs compétences techniques, leur créativité, leur esprit d'équipe et leur professionnalisme, elles mettent désormais leurs acquis en pratique au sein d'entreprises et bénéficient de l'accompagnement de professionnels du secteur.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻'𝗕𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗲 team to Bayon Education & Development for a day dedicated to health awareness.

In the morning, our Montessori preschool children and their parents took part in an interactive WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) session, learning simple but essential practices to stay healthy.

In the afternoon, our TVET students attended awareness sessions on Hepatitis B vaccination and Type 2 diabetes prevention, helping them better understand these important public health issues and how to protect themselves.

🙏 A huge thank you to the entire 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻'𝗕𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗲 team for their time, energy, and commitment to sharing their knowledge with our beneficiaries. We are also grateful to our staff who helped coordinate the day and made these sessions possible. 💙

🩺 𝗨𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘂 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 💙

La semaine dernière, nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir l'équipe de 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻'𝗕𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗲 pour une journée consacrée à la prévention et à la sensibilisation à la santé.

Le matin, les enfants de notre école maternelle Montessori et leurs parents ont participé à un atelier interactif sur l'hygiène, l'eau et l'assainissement (WASH), afin d'adopter les bons gestes pour préserver leur santé au quotidien.

L'après-midi, nos étudiants des formations professionnelles ont assisté à deux sessions de sensibilisation sur la vaccination contre l'hépatite B et la prévention du diabète de type 2, deux enjeux majeurs de santé publique au Cambodge.

At 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, we believe that investing in our team creates better opportunities for our students and a brighter future. Recently, our staff participated in a variety of training programs and workshops to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and professional capacity.

🌏 𝗞𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗸 attended the Cambodia Laos Young Leaders Programme in Laos, spending a week learning, sharing experiences, and building connections with 26 young NGO leaders from Cambodia and Laos.

💻 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 participated in training on the 𝗧𝗩𝗘𝗧𝗠𝗜𝗦 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, enhancing their capacity to manage trainee, student, teacher, and staff data in line with the requirements of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

🌿 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗮, 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗵 attended the ASSET H&C Public Conference, 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆'𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻, exploring innovative approaches to sustainable hospitality education.

♻️ 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 joined a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 at Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School, gaining practical knowledge in waste management and composting to support greener daily operations.

These learning opportunities strengthen our team and enable us to deliver high-quality education and projects while preparing our students for a more sustainable and professional future.

𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, nous sommes convaincus qu'investir dans notre équipe, c'est offrir de meilleures opportunités à nos étudiants et construire un avenir plus prometteur. Ces dernières semaines, plusieurs membres de notre personnel ont participé à des formations et ateliers afin de renforcer leurs connaissances, leurs compétences et leurs capacités professionnelles.

🌏 𝗞𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗸 a participé au 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮–𝗟𝗮𝗼𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 au Laos. Pendant une semaine, il a échangé, partagé son expérience et développé son réseau aux côtés de 26 jeunes responsables d'ONG venus du Cambodge et du Laos.

💻 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 ont suivi une formation sur le 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗩𝗘𝗧𝗠𝗜𝗦, renforçant leurs compétences dans la gestion des données des stagiaires, étudiants, enseignants et membres du personnel, conformément aux exigences de la Direction générale de l'enseignement et de la formation techniques et professionnels.

🌿 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗮, 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗸 𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗵 ont participé à la 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗧-𝗛&𝗖, 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆'𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻, afin de découvrir des approches innovantes pour une formation aux métiers de l'hôtellerie plus durable.

♻️ 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 a pris part à un atelier pratique sur le développement durable à 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗶 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, où elle a acquis des compétences concrètes en gestion des déchets et en compostage afin de rendre nos pratiques quotidiennes plus respectueuses de l'environnement.

Ces opportunités d'apprentissage renforcent notre équipe et nous permettent de proposer une éducation de qualité tout en préparant nos étudiants à un avenir plus durable et plus professionnel.

🥐 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹

On July 23 and 24, our team and students had the privilege of taking part in two inspiring days of bakery and pastry training led by 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗿 in Siem Reap.

The first day, held at 𝗦𝗼𝗸𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, brought together pastry chefs from across the region, including several members of the 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 team, for technical demonstrations and knowledge sharing. The following day, the 25 students of our 12th Bakery & Pastry intake attended a masterclass to strengthen their skills ahead of their professional internships. The two-day event concluded with a cocktail reception attended by more than 90 participants, followed by a certificate presentation for the students.

🥐 𝗗𝗲𝘂𝘅 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗱'𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗰 𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗹'𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻

Les 23 et 24 juillet, nos équipes et nos étudiantes ont eu le privilège de participer à deux journées de formation en boulangerie et pâtisserie animées par le 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗿 à Siem Reap.

La première journée, organisée au @𝗦𝗼𝗸𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, a réuni des chefs pâtissiers de la région, dont plusieurs membres de l'équipe de l'𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻, autour de démonstrations techniques et d'échanges de savoir-faire. Le lendemain, les 25 étudiantes de notre 12ᵉ promotion ont bénéficié d'une masterclass pour perfectionner leurs compétences avant leur stage professionnel. Ces deux journées se sont conclues par un cocktail réunissant plus de 90 participants et une remise de certificats aux étudiantes.

On 17 July 2026, with the support of Représentation de l'OIF - Asie-Pacifique and UNDP Cambodia, 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 organised a 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 for Hospitality (Pastry) and Agroecology Skills at Run Ta Ek City.

Almost 200 high school students from Snar Techo 317, 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮 𝗘𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 and 𝗛𝘂𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮 𝗘𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, along with community members, joined the event to learn about vocational education opportunities. This campaign was made possible through the collaboration of the 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗡𝗣𝗜𝗔, and the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗰𝗼-𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮 𝗘𝗸 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗻.

During the event, participants explored the benefits of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), career pathways, and the life-changing opportunities available through Bayon's programs.

Le 17 juillet 2026, avec le soutien de 𝗹'𝗢𝗜𝗙 et du 𝗣𝗡𝗨𝗗, 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 a organisé une campagne de recrutement pour ses formations professionnelles en boulangerie-pâtisserie et en agroécologie à Run Ta Ek.

Près de 200 lycéens des établissements 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝟯𝟭𝟳 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮 𝗘𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 et 𝗛𝘂𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮 𝗘𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, ainsi que des membres de la communauté, ont participé à cette journée afin de découvrir les opportunités offertes par la formation professionnelle.
