Growing in Emotional Resilience:
Resilient people are able to experience tough emotions like pain, sorrow, frustration, and grief without falling apart. They do not deny the pain or suffering they are experiencing; rather, they retain a sense of positivity that helps them overcome the negative effects of their situation. We will learn simple habits that are scientifically proven to improve resilience and become better able to navigate lifeโs challenges from a place of strength and conviction.
Academic Study Habits:
Learn a variety of tips to better understand and retain information from university lectures, including: how to prepare for lectures, remember more from lectures, tips for reviewing lecture notes, and how to create goals and improve motivation.
