Our resident family needs
$4 buys a pair of mock Crocs - we need 50 pairs for the school year.
$8 pays for a child's dental bill every six months,
$30 buys new underwear for 10 boys.
$12 buys a new shirt and trousers for home wear for an older boy, or a shirt and jeans/skirt for an older girl. (Usually donated clothes fit younger children).
$50 buys underwear for 10 older girls.
$1,310 will pay
the salary, accident insurance and health assistance for one year for one of our seven housemothers.
$1,310 will pay the salary, accident insurance and health assistance for one year for one of our three cooks. For Honour Village School:
$1670 pays the salary, accident insurance and health assistance for one year for a Khmer English teacher for our school. We need two more teachers.
$1910 pays the salary, accident insurance and health assistance for one year for a computer studies teacher
For our school and community support programme:
$30,000 would build a new 2-storey block, comprising a play shelter for our non-residential children, first aid room, teacher's room, and two classrooms upstairs
