ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ស្តេចមហារាជទាំងបួន បានលំឱនកាយទូលថ្វាយព្រះមានព្រះភាគថា នៅក្នុងលោកនេះ ពពួកអមនុស្សមានយក្ខនិងបិសាចជាដើម ខ្លះមានចិត្តរឹងរូស មិនទាន់មានសេចក្តីជ្រះថ្លា ហើយតែងតែបង្កការយាយីនិងគោរពប្រមាថដល់ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា។ ហេតុដូច្នេះហើយ ដើម្បីជាខែលការពារ សុវត្ថិភាព និងប្រទានសេចក្តីសុខក្សេមក្សាន្តដល់ភិក្ខុសង្ឃ ភិក្ខុនី ព្រមទាំងឧបាសក ឧបាសិកាទាំងឡាយ ពួកទ្រង់ក៏បានណែនាំនិងថ្វាយនូវមន្តគាថាការពារខ្លួនដ៏ស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិមួយ ដែលមាននាមថា អាដានាតិយបរិត្ត។
