កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៦–១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាលាស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្តាល អេច.អេ.ស៊ី.ស៊ី​ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ឧបករណ៍កែលម្អស្ថានភាពទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យ (WASH-FIT) សម្រាប់មូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុកប្រតិបត្តិខ្សាច់កណ្តាល។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពបុគ្គលិកមណ្ឌលសុខភាព និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់វិធីសាស្ត្រ WASH-FIT ដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃស្ថានភាពទឹកស្អាត អនាម័យ និងការការពារការឆ្លងរោគនៅមូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាល ព្រមទាំងរៀបចំផែនការកែលម្អដែលអាចអនុវត្តបាន និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ថ្ងៃ អ្នកចូលរួមបានសិក្សាអំពី៖ វិធីសាស្ត្រ និងជំហាននៃការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ WASH-FIT ព្រមទាំងការចុះប្រមូលទិន្នន័យ និងអនុវត្តការវាយតម្លៃ WASH-FIT នៅមូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាលផងដែរ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះក៏មានវត្តមានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមបើកវគ្គដោយលោកស្រី ហង្ស ចន្ថា អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្តាល លោកប្រធានការិយាល័យសុខាភិបាលស្រុកប្រតិបត្តិ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងពី រដ្ឋបាលស្រុក ការិយាល័យសុខាភិបាលស្រុកប្រតិបត្តិ មណ្ឌលសុខភាព ឃុំ/សង្កាត់ អង្គការដៃគូអនុវត្តគម្រោង Cambodian Disabled People's Organisation (CDPO) WaterAid Cambodia និងក្រុមការងារ HACC សរុបប្រមាណ ៧០នាក់។

តាមរយៈការរៀនសូត្រ ការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង និងការងារជាក្រុម អ្នកចូលរួមបានពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ -FIT កំណត់ចំណុចដែលត្រូវកែលម្អ និងរៀបចំសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពសម្រាប់មូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាលនីមួយៗ។ ជាពិសេស ការរៀបចំផែនការកែលម្អបានបញ្ចូលការពិចារណាអំពី ការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និង ។

ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងកិច្ចសហការរវាងមូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាល អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន សហគមន៍ និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ គឺជាផ្នែកសំខាន់ក្នុងការគាំទ្រឱ្យមានការកែលម្អសេវាទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យនៅមូលដ្ឋានសុខាភិបាល ឱ្យកាន់តែមានសុវត្ថិភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងចីរភាព។

From 16–18 September 2026, at Khsach Kandal District Hall, the Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC) organized a three-day training on the Water and Sanitation for Health Facility Improvement Tool (WASH-FIT) for health care facilities in Khsach Kandal Operational District.

The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of health facility staff and relevant stakeholders to use the WASH-FIT approach to assess water, sanitation and hygiene conditions, identify priority areas for improvement, and develop practical and feasible improvement actions.

Over the three days, participants explored and practiced​​ in overview of WASH in Health Care Facilities (WASH in HCFs) and the WASH-FIT approach, steps and assessment tools.

The training brought together approximately 70 participants, including representatives from the district administration, Operational District Health Office, health facilities, communes/sangkats, partner organizations include Cambodian Disabled People's Organisation (CDPO), WaterAid Cambodia and HACC.

Through presentations, practical exercises, field-level assessment, and group work, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills in applying WASH-FIT, identifying priority gaps, and developing improvement actions for their respective health facilities. The improvement planning process also incorporated considerations related to climate change and GEDSI.

Strengthening collaboration among health facilities, local authorities, communities, and partners is an important step toward improving access to safe, quality, and sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene services in health care facilities.

[EN] Workshop on CLM Reflection and Future Planning

Key stakeholders and community representatives from FoNPAM and DFoNPAM came together to review the implementation of Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) on HIV program and its related services guided by The Guidelines on Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) and Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Road Map for Cambodia.

Participants identified key gaps, reflected on progress, and agreed on priority actions to strengthen CLM and set the new target as the roadmap toward 2029.

The workshop held on 7 September 2026, with leadership and technical support from the អាជ្ញាធរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍, National Center for HIV/AIDS,Dermatology and STD, Cambodia, UNAIDS, and HACC, together with key stakeholders. The workshop was financially supported by DFAT through UNAIDS Cambodia.

It is also important to note that, in 2023, with financial support from DFAT through UNAIDS, HACC developed three key documents to strengthen community systems and community engagement in the HIV response:
1. Community Engagement Strategy in Response to HIV
2. Guidelines on Community-Led Monitoring (CLM)
3. Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Road Map for Cambodia.

[EN] We need concrete actions that can deliver real results. In this regard:
- We need to increase funding for NCD prevention and control to strengthen NCD prevention and treatment services at the primary healthcare level.
- Ensure that people have access to affordable medicines and healthcare services.
- Protect people from to***co and other risk factors.
- Strengthen collaboration among the government, communities, civil society organizations, and all relevant partners.
