This event is meant to bring together all local youth to raise some funds to help Baku Primary School to remodel and build up the learning resources at its Library. Baku Primary School is a home to 1000 students aged between 4 and 15. However, its library resource is very limited. There are no more than 50 books available for students to read, and those resources are mostly out of date. We, member
s of both UP Financial Association and Zaman Student Group, believe that early childhood education is very important to build up the Cambodian human resource; therefore, we would love to take this opportunity to give back to our society by raising some funds from the ticket sale of this concert and major local companies to help us realize the aim to build up the learning resources for these children. We will also engage with the students directly to help them building the love of reading and learning, so that they would fully utilize the learning resources that we provide to them. Together, We Can, the charity concert, will feature our local famous youtube singers and the performance from our own student group. The goal is not only to raise the fund for this charity purpose, but also to inspire Cambodian youth to be pro-active in community services via various channel. Together, we can make a difference. We hope that your organization is interested in joining our effort to show our care and support to the children in Baku Province. Simple project like this can provide the encouragement to the students to foster the love of community and learning.
