ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកតំណាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិប្រយុទ្ធនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍ សើស្បែក និងកាមរោគ និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធនាគារ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងគាំទ្រដល់អង្គការ ស៊ី អារ អែស ក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងរួមគ្នាយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សឆ្ពោះទៅរកការលុបបំបាត់ការឆ្លងថ្មី រក្សាបាននូវវឌ្ឍនភាព និងឈានឆ្ពោះទៅរកការបញ្ចប់ជំងឺអេដស៍ និងបទអន្តរាគមន៏ឆ្លើយតបនឹងមេរោគអេដស៍/ជំងឺអេដស៍នៅក្នុងពន្ធនាគារនាពេលកន្លងមក ។
អង្គការ ស៊ី អារ អែស បានថ្លែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងអំណរគុណ ចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលកំពុងបន្ត និងបានអះអាងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តបន្តធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ជាមួយក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល ជាពិសេសជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍ សើស្បែក និងកាមរោគ និង អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធនាគារ នៃក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងចីរភាពនៃកម្មវិធីសុខាភិបាលដែលមានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា។
On Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, Dr. Ngauv Bora, Deputy Director of the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology, and STD (NCHADS), met with a delegation from the General Department of Prisons (GDP), led by Mr. Choun Savuthy Deputy Director of Correctional and Rehabilitation of General Department of Prison, and CRS organization, led by Dr. Noy Prorphea, HIV Project Manager to discuss and coordinate the provision of equity cards for 535 detainees living with HIV who are currently in prison.
On that occasion, representatives of the NCHADS and GDP expressed their deep gratitude and support for the CRS in rapidly implementing joint projects towards eliminating new infections, maintaining progress and moving towards ending AIDS, and the interventions to respond to HIV/AIDS in prisons in the past.
CRS representative expressed appreciation and gratitude for the ongoing cooperation and affirmed CRS’s commitment to continue working closely with the Ministry of Health, especially NCHADS and GDP of the Ministry of Interior, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of health programs that benefit Cambodian citizens.

CRS Cambodia and local NGO partners continue meaningful partnership and collaboration with the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology, and STD (NCHADS) and health facility staff at the subnational level to deliver quality HIV services. In 2025, we provided high-quality motivational counselling at the 39 ART sites, supporting 44,019 People Living with HIV (PLHIV) to stay engaged in care and treatment. Through this approach, we strengthened HIV services including promoting index case testing and partner notification tracing and testing, while addressing individual risks for loss to follow-up.
This work plays a critical role in improving adherence and retention, reducing HIV transmission among key populations (KPs) and prioritized populations (PPs), and advancing progress toward viral load suppression. We act to ensure that PLHIV can access services with dignity, confidence, and continuity of care.

CRS Cambodia, with proven expertise in Social and Behavior Change (SBC), has provided technical support to the National Center for Parasitology, Entomology, and Malaria Control (CNM) in implementing two SBC Facebook advertising campaigns from November 2025 to March 2026. These campaigns promote proper bed net use, repellent use, timely malaria treatment-seeking at public health facilities, adherence to Plasmodium vivax (Pv) radical cure treatment, and reinforced the role of private health providers in malaria elimination.
Results from November 3, 2025, to March 8, 2026, indicated strong campaign performance, demonstrating high reach, impressions, and audience engagement.

Evidence shows that Village Malaria Workers (VMWs) and Mobile Malaria Workers (MMWs) play critical roles in reducing malaria morbidity and mortality and in accelerating malaria elimination efforts in Cambodia. Under the Regional Artemisinin Initiative 4 Elimination (RAI4E) Project funded by the Global Fund (GF), CRS supports 738 VMWs and MMWs across Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, and Preah Vihear provinces.
Through their multiple roles, VMWs and MMWs provide malaria testing and treatment and ensure treatment adherence. From 2024 to 2025, they contributed significantly to malaria case detection and timely treatment.
CRS remains strongly committed to working closely with the National Center for Parasitology, Entomology and Malaria Control (CNM), sub-national health structures, and partners to achieve malaria elimination and prevent the re-establishment (POR) of malaria in Cambodia.
