ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងជោគជ័យ (Agents for Change and Success - ACS) កំពុងនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមាននៅក្នុងសហគមន៍៖

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧–២៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការមូលនិធិហាការអន្តរជាតិ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង និងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់សម្រាប់ក្រុម ភ្នាក់ងារសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងជោគជ័យ (Agents for Change and Success – ACS) នៅខេត្តកំពត។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៧៨នាក់ (ស្រី ៥៤នាក់) រួមមាន ប្រធាន និងសមាជិក ACS មកពីខេត្តសៀមរាប បាត់ដំបង និងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងបុគ្គលិកគម្រោងរបស់អង្គការហាការ។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានបង្ហាញថា ភ្នាក់ងារសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងជោគជ័យ មិនត្រឹមតែអាចស្ដារជីវិតរបស់ខ្លួនឡើងវិញប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែអាចក្លាយជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងជាកម្លាំងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើតការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមានសម្រាប់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលើសមិទ្ធផល បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងមេរៀនដែលទទួលបាន សមាជិក ACS បានរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពរួមសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦–២០២៨ ដោយផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ពួកគេ ការបង្ការទប់ស្កាត់ការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចនិងអំពើហិង្សា​ ការលើកកម្ពស់សុវត្ថិភាព និងសុខុមាលភាពក្នុងសហគមន៍។
លទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖
• សមាជិក ACS បានពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្ត សមត្ថភាពភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងបណ្តាញគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។
• បានបង្កើតផែនការសកម្មភាពច្បាស់លាស់ ដើម្បីបន្តសហការជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា អង្គការហាការ និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការបង្ការ ទប់ស្កាត់ និងប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងអំពើហិង្សា។
• សម្រាប់ឆមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាជិក ACS នឹងបន្តដឹកនាំសកម្មភាពផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងការយល់ដឹងនៅតាមសាលារៀន ព្រះវិហារ និងសហគមន៍ ព្រមទាំងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជាមួយដៃគូ និងម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសំឡេង និងតួនាទីរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការដឹកនាំការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិជ្ជមាន។

យោងតាមការវាយតម្លៃក្រោយសិក្ខាសាលា ៧៦% នៃសមាជិកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្មវិធីនេះបានជួយបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្ត ពង្រឹងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងជំរុញឱ្យពួកគេបន្តចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍របស់ខ្លួន។

សំឡេងរបស់សមាជិក ACS បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដ៏មុតមាំក្នុងការបន្តដឹកនាំការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ដោយមានតំណាងក្រុមបានលើកឡើងថា៖
«ខ្ញុំមានទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងការការពារខ្លួនឯង និងជួយណែនាំអ្នកដទៃឱ្យរួចផុតពីការឆបោក ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស។»
«ខ្ញុំនឹងបន្តការងារនេះ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍របស់ខ្ញុំឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។»
អង្គការហាការ បន្តជឿជាក់ថា ការវិនិយោគលើភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងជោគជ័យ គឺជាគន្លឹះដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការកសាងសហគមន៍ដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាព បរិយាបន្ន និងគ្មានការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងការរំលោភបំពាន។

Agent For Change and Success Driving Positive Change in Their Communities:
On 27–28 June 2026, Hagar Cambodia organized a Reflection and Learning Workshop for the Agents for Change and Success (ACS) in Kampot Province. A total of 78 participants (54 women) attended, including ACS leaders and members from Siem Reap, Battambang, and Phnom Penh, local authorities, and Hagar staff.
The workshop aimed to strengthen relationships among ACS members, celebrate achievements, review project results, reflect on challenges and lessons learned, identify practical solutions, and develop action plans for implementation throughout 2026–2028.
The two-day workshop was successfully completed, creating a valuable platform for participants to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen their commitment to community leadership. Through interactive discussions, group reflections, and action planning, ACS members demonstrated a shared determination to continue contributing to safer communities. Together, they developed clear plans to support community well-being and walk alongside the Royal Government of Cambodia, Hagar, and other key stakeholders to prevent and combat human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse.
Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, ACS members will continue leading community-based prevention initiatives through their respective institutions, including schools, churches, and local communities. They will also actively participate in dialogue and learning opportunities with donors, visitors, and partner organizations to share their experiences and strengthen survivor-led initiatives.
According to the workshop evaluation, 76% of ACS members reported that the workshop provided them with meaningful learning experiences, strengthened their confidence, and enhanced their ability to contribute positively to their communities.

On 14th June 2026, Hagar International Foundation organized and implemented a Training of Trainers session for the leaders of Agent for Change and Success Groups, focusing on key topics including; Leadership and Management, Facilitation Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Child Protection, Anti-Human Trafficking (HT), Safe Migration (SM), Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
And the training had a total of 17 participants (15 female).
This training aimed to strengthen the capacity of group leaders with sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively lead their groups, facilitate meetings, disseminate knowledge, and support group members within their communities. Participants engaged in discussions, experience sharing, and practical exercises that helped enhance their understanding and ability to respond to issues related to child protection.
As a result, group leaders have increased their knowledge, skills, and confidence in leading their groups, and are now able to continue sharing the knowledge gained with group members and communities, in order to contribute to promoting the protection, safety, and well-being of women, children, and vulnerable people at the grassroots level.

ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ៧កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការមូលនិធិហាការអន្តរជាតិ តាមរយៈក្រុមភ្នាក់ងារការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ និងជោគជ័យបានធ្វើការផ្សាព្វផ្សាយដល់ក្រុមកុមារនៅព្រះវិហាអីលឹម មានទីតាំងនៅខ័ណ្ឌដង្កោ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ អំពីការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួម ៤៣នាក់ មាន ស្រី ២៧នាក់។ អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់មានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើមេរៀនស្តីពីការទប់ស្កាត់ការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ដែលជាមេរៀនដ៏ល្អ និងដឹងពីវិធីការពារកុំចាញ់បោកមេខ្យល់ ព្រមទាំងយកមេរៀននេះផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តទៅដល់ឪពុកម្តាយ មិត្តភក្តិ និងបងប្អូន របស់ពួកគេផងដែរ។

On 21st June 2026, Hagar International Foundation through Agent for Change and Success Agency Team conducted an awareness session on human trafficking for a group of children at Eilem Church, located in Sangkat Dangkao, Phnom Penh, with 43 participants, including 27 females.
All participants showed great interest in the lesson on preventing human trafficking, which proved to be a highly valuable lesson. They gained knowledge on how to protect themselves from being deceived by traffickers and committed to spreading this lesson further to their parents and friends around.

On 24th June 2026, Hagar International Foundation had the honour of participating in a signing ceremony for a project agreement between the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) and Hagar International Foundation, for the implementation of the program "Restore and Prevent for a Better Life" — a continuation of the project for another 3 years — under the distinguished presidency of His Excellency Sony Vongviseth, Secretary of State of MoSVY.
This meaningful event falls within the framework of continued project support, reflecting a relationship of trust and sustainability in the fight against human trafficking, child protection, trauma-informed care, rehabilitation of survivors toward better livelihoods, and the implementation of various other programs.
Over 32 years of partnership since the founding of Hagar International Foundation, with continuous and full support from MoSVY and its relevant departments, this strong partnership has enabled Hagar International Foundation to operate with legal authority, fulfilling its mandate in alignment with Royal Government of Cambodia policies, to systematically respond to the immediate and practical needs of vulnerable people in the community.
Hagar International Foundation expresses its deepest gratitude to His Excellency the Minister, leadership at all levels, department directors of MoSVY, and provincial/capital MoSVY office directors for their continued support of the project, as well as for the excellent ongoing collaboration in ending human trafficking, various forms of abuse, and in protecting survivors and vulnerable individuals in our communities.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការ មូលនិធិហាការអន្តរជាតិ បានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់គ្រួសាររបស់អតិថិជននៅខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺចំនួនមួយគ្រួសារ ក្នុងការបង្កើតមុខរបរផលិតនំសម្រាប់លក់ ដោយយោងទៅលើចំណេះ ជំនាញ បទពិសោធន៏ តម្រូវការទីផ្សារនិងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការប្រកបរបរនេះរបស់គ្រួសាររបស់អតិថិជន។ ការគាំទ្ររួមមានវត្ថុធាតុដើម ឡដុតនំប្រាក់ដើមទុននិងសម្ភារៈដែលចាំបាច់មួយចំនួន
ទៀតសម្រាប់ដំណើរការមុខរបរ។ ដំណើរការគាំទ្រនេះក៏មានកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយ អកនក និងមន្រ្តីសង្គមកិច្ចស្រុកផងដែរ។
គ្រួសាររបស់អតិជនបានលើកឡើងថា “មុខរបរមួយនេះគឺជាមុខរបរក្នុងក្តីស្រមៃរបស់ខ្ញុំ ប៉ុន្តែខ្ញុំពុំមានលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការបង្កើតឡើយ”។ គាត់បន្តថា “ខ្ញុំសូមអរគុណដល់អង្គការហាការដែលធ្វើឱ្យក្តីស្រមៃរបស់ខ្ញុំក្លាយជាការពិត ខ្ញុំប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការប្រកបមុខរបរនេះឱ្យរីកចម្រើន ដើម្បីជីវភាពគ្រួសារបានប្រសើរឡើងនិងជាពិសេសចៅៗទៅរៀនសូត្របានទៀងទាត់”។

On June 3, 2026, Hagar International Foundation supported a survivor’s family in Kampong Speu Province to establish a small cake making business. This initiative was designed around the family’s existing knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as local market demand and their strong commitment to running this small business. The assistance included raw materials, an oven, start up capital, and other essential equipment needed to operate the business.
The process was carried out in close collaboration with the Commune Committee for Women and Children (CCWC) and the Officer of DoSVY, ensuring community involvement and sustainability.
One family member expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying: “This is my dream career, but I could not start it because I lacked capital. I would like to say thank you to Hagar for making my dream come true. I am committed to doing my best to grow this business, earn income for a better living, and most importantly, ensure my grandchildren can attend school regularly.”

កម្មវិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មពីសំណាក់ លោកនាយកសាលា លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ គណៈកម្មការសាលា អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងគ្រូគង្វាល ដែលបានរួមគ្នាចែករំលែកអាហារូបត្ថម្ភដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សសរុបចំនួន ២៣៩ នាក់ ដែលកម្មវិធីនេះធ្វើឡើងរយៈពេល៣ខែគឺ ចាប់ផ្តើមពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមិថុនា រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ គោលបំណងនៃកម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងធានាឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សទទួលបានរបបអាហារគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់ទ្រទ្រង់សុខភាពរាងកាយ ផ្តល់អាហារូបត្ថម្ភបន្ថែម ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់កុមារ។ លោកនាយកសាលាបានសម្តែងការអរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ អង្គការមូលនិធិហាការអន្តរជាតិ ដែលបានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងផ្តល់ជំនួយអាហារូបត្ថម្ភដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។ លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ជំនួយនេះពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់ក្នុងការជួយទ្រទ្រង់ការលូតលាស់ ទាំងផ្នែកប្រាជ្ញាស្មារតី និងរាងកាយរបស់កុមារ ដែលជាទំពាំងស្នងឫស្សីសម្រាប់ថ្ងៃអនាគត។

On June 8, 2026, the Hagar International Foundation organized a support and nutrition program for students currently studying at Trapeang Tik Trachak Secondary School, located in O Ta Sek Village, Kouk Banteay Commune, Rolea B'ier District, Kampong Chnang Province.
The program saw active participation from the school principal, teachers, the school committee, local authorities, and pastors, who collectively distributed nutritional support to a total of 239 students. The program runs for a period of 3 months, from June 8 to September 8, 2026.
The purpose of this program is to ensure that students receive adequate nutrition to support their physical health, and to provide supplementary nourishment to help facilitate the children's daily learning and studies.
The school principal expressed his deep gratitude to the Hagar International Foundation for its dedication and for providing this invaluable nutritional assistance to the students. He emphasized that this support is of tremendous importance in helping to nurture the children's growth — both intellectually and physically — as they are the future pillars and successors for society.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ និងទី៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការមូលនិធិហាការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយអង្គការ HALO Trust កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “ការថែទាំដែលយល់ដឹងអំពីការប៉ះទង្គិចផ្លូវចិត្ត” (Trauma-Informed Care) ជូនដល់បុគ្គលិករបស់ HALO Trust កម្ពុជា ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ២៥ នាក់។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសិក្សាដែលមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពក្រុម ការពិភាក្សា ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងការស្វែងយល់អំពីវិធីសាស្រ្តថែទាំខ្លួនឯង ដែលជាផ្នែកសំខាន់នៃការអនុវត្ត Trauma-Informed Care។
កិច្ចសហការនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាជំហានដ៏មានន័យក្នុងការពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការពង្រីកការអនុវត្តវិធីសាស្ត្រ Trauma-Informed Care ឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ ក្នុងការងារជាមួយសហគមន៍ និងអ្នកទទួលសេវា។

On 3rd and 4th June 2026, Hagar International Foundation in Cambodia proudly partnered with HALO Trust Cambodia to deliver a two-day training on Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), bringing together 25 dedicated staff members from HALO Trust Cambodia in a collaborative and enriching learning experience.
The training was thoughtfully designed to foster an engaging and supportive environment, incorporating interactive group activities, facilitated discussions, reflective experience sharing, and guided exploration of self-care practices — all of which are foundational elements of a trauma-informed approach. Participants were encouraged not only to deepen their theoretical understanding of trauma and its impacts, but also to build practical skills and personal resilience strategies that can be meaningfully integrated into their daily work with communities and service users.
This collaboration represented far more than a knowledge-transfer exercise. It was a significant step in strengthening an important institutional partnership — one grounded in shared values, mutual respect, and a joint commitment to improving the well-being of the people we serve. Through the exchange of professional expertise and lived experience, both organizations were able to enrich their approaches and expand the reach and application of Trauma-Informed Care principles across their respective programs and operational contexts.
We are deeply grateful to HALO Trust Cambodia for their openness, trust, and commitment to this meaningful collaboration. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to all 25 participants whose active engagement, enthusiasm, and willingness to reflect, and share made this training a truly impactful and successful experience.
We look forward to continued collaboration and to seeing the positive ripple effects of this training reflected in the compassionate, trauma-informed care that HALO Trust Cambodia's staff bring to their communities.
