On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, Mina shares her journey and the importance of skills training! ✨

ពីមុន មិនា ធ្លាប់មានការសង្ស័យលើសមត្ថភាពខ្លួនឯង។ ប៉ុន្តែតាមរយៈឱកាសទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពីកម្មវិធី លើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ (GEAR) គាត់បានកសាងទំនុកចិត្ត និងអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនពីកម្មករផ្នែកដេរ ក្លាយជាប្រធានផ្នែកម្នាក់ដ៏ឆ្នើម ដែលទំនាក់ទំនងប្រសើរជាងមុន ជួយគាំទ្រដល់ក្រុមការងារ និងចូលរួមចំណែកបង្កើតបរិយាកាសការងារដ៏រឹងមាំមួយសម្រាប់អ្នកជុំវិញខ្លួន។ 🤝🗣️!

Previously, Mina struggled with self-doubt. However, with the opportunity to receive training through the Gender Equality and Returns (GEAR) programme, she gained the confidence to develop from a sewing worker into a supervisor that communicates better, supports her team and contributes to creating a strong workplace for everyone around her. 🤝🗣️🌟
Mina's journey reminds us that when workers are given opportunities for skills training and leadership, and when they believe in themselves, they can truly transform their futures. 🚀
