Cambodia Youth For Change Education In Kampong Speu: "Hope through Learning" Cambodia Youth for Change is a Northern Ireland based Foundation (Charity).

It has built a Learning Centre in Svaykrovann Village, Kampong Speu which is about 60 Kms from Phnom Penh. The Centre provides a Library, English conversation classes and computer skills development courses. Scholarships are also awarded to a small number of students to enable them to continue their education which would not otherwise have been possible. In order to extend its provision, connectio

ns have been established with a range of statutory and voluntary NGOs, and with local businesses. This Registered Charity uses every 'penny' of its voluntary donations for use at the Leisure Centre for the immediate benefit of the children and young people.
