[ខេត្តសៀមរាប] ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៤ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ២០ ដល់ ២៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការឌីភីអេ រៀបកម្មវិធី ៣ សំខាន់ៗរួមគ្នា ដោយមានការប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងបុគ្គលិកប្រចាំឆ្នាំ សិក្ខាសាលា៖ ការអភិវឌ្ឍផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់អង្គការ DPA និង សន្និបាតបុគ្គលិក និងការប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលឌីភីអេ ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

កម្មវីធីទាំងអស់នេះរៀបចំឡើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖
☘️ ការបញ្ជៀបបន្ថែម នូវគោលនយោបាយថ្មីៗ និង refresh ទៅលើគោលនយោបាយសំខាន់ដូចជាគោលនយោបាយការការពារសុវត្ថិភាព(safeguarding policy)។
☘️ ការបង្ហាញជា sharing session ទាក់ទងទៅប្រធានបទដែរជាតម្រូវការស្នើសុំពីបុគ្គលិករបស់អង្គការDPA សំរាប់កសាងសមត្ថភាពបន្ថែមដែលជាផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។

🌿 On April 7, 2026, DPA organized a joint visit to Angkor Gold Mining Company on the implementation of the principles of Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards of Angkor Gold Company in Ratanakiri Province. A total of 23 participants, including 7 women, were represented from diverse sectors, includes Provincial Administration of Ratanakiri, relevant provincial departments, NGOs’ partners, companies, local authorities and local communities.

🎯 The objective of this joint field monitoring aims:
- To learn about the implementation of Angkor Gold’s Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) principles, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards
- To observe and evaluate how the company practically implements CSR, FPIC and ESG principles
- To learn and share experiences on environmental and social community initiatives supported by Angkor Gold in the community
📌 As a result of the joint field monitoring were successfully implemented:
- Participants learned and more understandings about company’s FPIC, CSR and ESG principles
- Participants observed and evaluated by using the checklist the practical implementation of Angkor Gold’s FPIC, CSR and ESG principles
- Participants learned and explored the experiences of communities supported by Angkor Gold

✨ The SABRE project of Development and Partnerships in Action (DPA), was organized coaching session on the use of Kobo Collection Toolbox for Genders Sensitive in Mining Impact (GSMI Kobo Toolbox) on March 19 and 21, 2026, in 3 provinces , includes Kratie, Ratanakiri, and Mondulkiri provinces. A total of 81 participants (45 women) from representative of local community.
🎯 Objective: To increase community awareness and skills in using the Kobo Toolbox digital tool to collect and store evidence of impacts in the mining sector.
📌 Result: participants improved their digital tool usage and confidence in interviewing, data collection, and monitoring and reporting on issues in their communities.

🌱 [Providing Clean Water Filters to Vulnerable Households in Ratanakiri and Stung Treng Provinces]

To address the lack of safe drinking water among vulnerable households—especially women, children, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and indigenous communities—who are being affected by climate change in remote areas such as Ratanakiri and Stung Treng provinces, the DPA–ICRC team distributed clean water filters to 112 vulnerable households.

The objective is to support vulnerable, low-income, and female-headed households in accessing safe drinking water, reducing the time spent boiling water, lowering expenses for purchasing water and gas, and preventing waterborne diseases such as diarrhea, as well as easing the burden of finding clean water.

✨ Funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) through Caritas Australia (CA), and implemented by Development and Partnership in Action (DPA).

💧 Bringing Water Storage Tanks to Vulnerable Household in Stung Treng Province

In March 2026, the DPA–JIA team provided 500-liter water storage tanks to 32 vulnerable households, including 19 women, in Thala Barivat District, Stung Treng Province.

These households have been affected by climate change, drought, extreme heat, and a lack of capacity to store water for daily use and consumption.
This support helps vulnerable families—including women, children, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and indigenous communities—gain better access to water storage solutions. With increased water availability, they can use it for irrigation, bathing, and drinking, thereby reducing physical effort, saving time, and improving safety.

This activity is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Johanniter International Assistance (JIA), and implemented by Development and Partnership in Action (DPA).

🌾 Provision of Capital Fund and Essential Equipment to an Agricultural Cooperative in Stung Treng Province

🌟To strengthen the capacity of agricultural cooperatives and support local farmers, DPA–JIA has provided a capital fund of $2,800 to the agricultural cooperative “Veal Po Samaki” which has a total of 103 members including 54 females, located in Veal Po Village, Anlong Phe Commune, Thala Barivat District, Stung Treng Province.

🌟The cooperative has also received essential equipment, including filing cabinets, office desks, a printer, and computers. In addition, the cooperative members were trained in computer usage to enhance their capacity in managing operations, increasing capital for cashew nut collection, and improving coordination in cassava trading with merchants.

🌟This support is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Johanniter International Assistance, and implemented by Development and Partnership in Action (DPA).

🌟The Second Workshop for the Development of DPA’s Strategic Plan (2027–2031) was successfully conducted from 24 to 26 March 2026 in Siem Reap Province.

🌟This important workshop brought together DPA’s management team in a collaborative and forward-looking environment to reflect, exchange ideas, and collectively shape the future direction of the organization. The session served as a key platform for open dialogue, where participants were encouraged to share their insights, experiences, and aspirations for DPA’s growth and impact over the next five years.

🌟Throughout the three-day workshop, participants engaged in discussions and group exercises focusing on strengthening DPA’s organizational foundation. Key areas of focus included reviewing and refining the organization’s structure, mission, vision, and core values, as well as identifying priority thematic areas and improving the overall organizational framework for the 2027–2031 strategic period. The workshop also emphasized alignment and adaptability to ensure DPA remains responsive to emerging challenges and opportunities.

👥A total of 25 staff members actively participated in the workshop, including 9 female participants.
