CAD - Children's Action for Development CAD's mission is developed from the major problem areas around schooling for children in rural areas in Cambodia.

Many children are far away from a school in their rural area, many children drop out of school for many reasons and many parents keep their children from going to school because they are needed to work on the land. This creates many basic problems for children at a very young age and is a cycle that CAD wishes to break through its work and projects.
