វិទ្យាស្ថានសម្របសម្រួលសេវាគាំពារសង្គម Social Capacity Development Institute registered officialy with the ministry of interior, Cambodia.

Social Care System for Children (SOCSYS) is a child centred project that will implement a co-ordinated and integrated package of activities aimed at contributing to the alleviation of the extreme poverty experienced by children in the Municipality of Battambang, through social development opportunities and active partnership between local authorities and civil society organization. Phare Ponleu Selpak Association ( PPS) is a project implementing partner of SOCSYS.
