When women and girls rise, we all thrive.

In Bosaso, refugee women are transforming hardship into opportunity through the Horseed Refugee Women Association. With livelihood training and small grants from , they are starting businesses, supporting their families, and inspiring others in their community. One mother of six told us, “This business has changed our lives."

Before, many refugee women struggled to provide for their families after displacement.

Today, with skills training, small grants, and strong savings groups, they are running thriving small businesses and ensuring their children can attend school.

This , we celebrate the strength, resilience, and leadership of refugee women who are building brighter futures in Bossaso.

When women are empowered, communities thrive.
