Learning Beyond the Classroom!

Our learners enjoyed an exciting educational tour across Mombasa, visiting iconic landmarks including the Famous Tusks (Pembe za Ndovu), Fort Jesus, State House Road, the Lighthouse, and Mama Ngina Waterfront. The day was filled with learning, fun, and adventure through football, a bouncing castle, a mini rail train ride, and delicious meals.
We sincerely thank Trustee Mr. Shabir for sponsoring the meals, Trustee Mama Batul for her love, presence, and support, Ketty Tours for providing the bus, and our dedicated administration and staff for making the trip safe, successful, and memorable.
At Dahlia Cerebral Palsy C.B.O., every journey is an opportunity to learn, grow, and shine. Together, we are building confidence, unlocking potential, and creating lasting memories—one experience at a time.

Cookery Lesson – Building Independence Through Hands-on Learning
Our learners actively participate in practical cookery lessons, developing essential life skills that promote independence, confidence, and productivity. From identifying and preparing ingredients, washing hands, measuring and mixing, following simple cooking steps, and observing kitchen safety, to serving food and practicing proper table manners, every stage is a valuable learning experience.
These hands-on activities equip learners with daily living skills, encourage teamwork, improve communication and fine motor coordination, and prepare them for independent and productive living. Every lesson is a step towards empowering our learners with skills for life.
