Today, we take a moment to honor our dear Pastor Silas.

Thank you for the countless hours, the unseen prayers, the steady leadership, and the love you pour into our children. What you do is not just service—it is shepherding.

Excellence is never an accident; it is the fruit of intentionality, consistency, wisdom, and faithful ex*****on. And we see that excellence in the way you lead, teach, protect, and guide the next generation.

Scripture says,
“And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.” — Psalm 78:72

Like David, you lead with integrity of heart and skillful hands. You do not simply instruct—you invest. You do not just organize—you disciple. You do not merely manage—you shepherd.

Because of your faithfulness, seeds are being planted.
Because of your obedience, foundations are being built.
Because of your heart, children are encountering the love of Christ.

At Amazing Grace Ministry, we believe that we will be held accountable for how we steward everything God has brought into our lives. The children in our community are precious gifts from God—entrusted to us for a season, not owned, but lovingly cared for.

We are intentional about seeing children the way God created them: a spirit with a soul that occupies a body. Because of this, our responsibility extends beyond meeting physical needs. While daily bread matters, so does the nourishment of the heart, mind, and spirit. We are called to care for the whole child.

Scripture instructs us, “Train up a child in the way he should go [teaching him to seek God’s wisdom and will for his abilities and talents], and even when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). This calling reminds us that spiritual formation is not accidental—it is intentional, prayerful, and consistent.

Taking care of the spiritual health of children is deeply important to us. We believe that when children are rooted early in God’s truth, love, and character, they are better equipped to navigate life with wisdom, identity, and hope. Our desire is to create spaces where children can encounter God, learn His Word, and grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ.

We invite you to walk this journey with us. Your generosity is not simply a financial gift—it is a quiet act of love that reaches far beyond today. Happy New Year 2026 from all of us at Siaya Children – Amazing Grace Ministry.

As we step into this new year, our hearts are full of hope and expectation. We are reminded that what may feel like limitations to us are never limitations to God. He is not bound by time, resources, or circumstance, and we trust Him as we continue to follow His call with obedience and faith.

We are believing this year for meaningful and fruitful partnerships—relationships rooted in love, unity, and a shared desire to see lives transformed. Each prayer, each gift, and each act of support makes a lasting difference in the lives of the children we serve in the Siaya community.

Next week, our Ministry Connector will be updating our website with specific needs for our children. We know many of our partners and sponsors desire clarity in how your contributions would be allocated, and we deeply value that trust. Your generosity allows us to steward resources wisely and care for these children with excellence and compassion.

This season, our hearts are full as we reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. We are faithful believers and followers of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are unashamed of the Gospel, for Jesus—the only begotten Son of God—is the Savior of the world and the greatest gift ever given to humanity. Because of Him, we have hope, love, and eternal life.

Family and friends,
I am so excited and and overwhelmed with gratitude with everything the Lord has been doing. The way He has provided and guided. I had been praying, hoping and working hard to be able to finish this website project by December and God did not disappoint.

The website for Siaya Children - Amazing Grace Ministry is Live. I am still tweaking a few things, as my desire is to always do things with excellence unto the Lord.
