Just a note to let you know that I’ve been thinking of all my friends
Also I wanted to stress that these message that you’re receiving from me are coming directly from me in real time. I created this mechanism because I wanted to be in close contact with those that the Lord has connected to me and my ministry, Convoy of hope ministry Kenya Those of you that have been receiving my messsge know that I only send things out when I feel I have something of value to share.
I have been meditating a lot on the reality that the Word of God is inside us. Jesus is the Word incarnate – the Word lived through Him (John 1:1-5,14). I’ve been striving to go deeper.
To live out of the Word which is inside me. This means that we do not live out of our emotions, feelings, or the natural mind. We live out of the living Word. We need to not receive or accept anything that is not in alignment with the living Word which is in harmony with the written Word.
I would like to invite you to be part of our annual three days bible seminar on 10th - 15th July 2023. Where I anticipate that the Lord will lead us to talk about this more deeply.

Our passion is to love the Lord God with all our heart, soul, and strength, striving to do His will and glorify Him by being His hands, feet, mouth and ears, as ambassadors of the living Lord. Deuteronomy 6:5
HOLINESS
We believe that holiness for the Christian is not an option, it is a command. It is only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that believers are empowered to lead holy lives, set apart by obedience and sincere love, having been born again through the living and enduring word of God. 1 Peter 1:15
COMPASSION
We believe that we should clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Compassion is this: That we reach out in care and love to those who are harassed and helpless, stricken and rejected, the orphans and widows. Colossians 3:12
GRACE
We believe that we have been saved by grace and grace alone. We live in the humility of that grace and strive to extend the same grace to those we care for, those we serve with, and those who support us. Ephesians 1:4-5
FAITH
We desire to not only know what God can do, but have the confident expectation of knowing what God will do. Hebrews 11:1
UNITY
We believe the body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body, whether Jew or Greek, slave or free, and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. 1 Corinthians 12:12
EVANGELISM
We believe evangelism is the ultimate expression of compassion. Evangelism means caring for physical, medical, and emotional needs as a starting point for offering the living water of salvation. John 4:14
DISCIPLINE
We emphasize the importance of relationships that prompt vital, active service, and submission to Christ. Our aim is not to make disciples for ourselves, but disciples of the Living Lord. ( Matthew 28:19 )

About us
For 8 years, Francis Ouma was Pastor of the Hope of Christ in Kisumu a church noted for its emphasis on Bible teaching and Missions. Before that he was Pastor of lake side Baptist Church outskirt of Kisumu. He also had a period of itinerancy amongst differing denominations in the Nairobi area, during which time the seeds of this international ministry were sown.
Aims
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ
To teach, train and support pastors and evangelists in the two-thirds world.
Mercy ministries to the poorest of the poor, where resources allow.
To provide a link between the Western and two thirds world churches.
Statement of Faith

It unequivocally believes that the Bible is the inspired, infallible and inerrant Word of God.
The Birth of Convoy of hope ministry Kenya
Whilst in the pastorate at Lake side baptist church, the Lord gave Pastor Frsncis
Jeremiah 29:11 "I know the plans that I have for you ..."
This was confirmed several ways, and also given independently to Syprose and then
the Lord clearly gave Francis the Great Commission. Whilst meditating at length on it one Sunday afternoon, unexpectedly, and in a very unusual way, it was publicly given to Francis in the evening service.
More specifically, Isaiah 49:6 was highlighted, and then confirmed.
Interestingly, this had been given to him over ten years ago, but had never been shared with anyone else.
Superintendent of the Lake side baptist Churches in the Kenya area, Dr. Owino had it laid on his heart in prayer to give to Francis whom he was to meet for the first time later that day.
Within a few months,Francis s first ministry opportunity opened up and has continued ever since.
