🌟 Wonderful Wednesday at Mercy Foundation! 🌟

We were happy to welcome Maisha Bora, who visited to learn more about the work we do in our community. 💙

We are proud to lead in community counselling, drug and alcohol awareness, and rebuilding lives. Maisha Bora also invited our Rebuilders to join their shoe-making entrepreneurship programme — creating new skills and opportunities. 👞✨

As always, Wednesday brought us together to share a meal, encourage one another, and provide food parcels to those in need. 🍲❤️

Together, we share hope, create opportunities, and rebuild lives. 🙏

💜 A Safe Space to Be Heard
Mercy Foundation Kenya had a meaningful consultation with the Muongoiya Girls following our mentorship program.
We believe mentorship doesn’t end after the session. We remain available to listen, counsel, encourage, and walk alongside our girls through one-on-one consultations. 🌸
Every girl deserves to be heard, supported, and reminded that her voice matters. Together, we are nurturing confidence, hope, and brighter futures. 🙏💜

A Journey of Compassion and Impact

The story of Mercy Foundation Kenya began with a heart that was moved by the needs of the community. CEO and Founder, Rev Margaret Muchai saw families struggling, children in need, women and girls facing difficult circumstances, and communities longing for hope and support. She believed that something could be done.
With compassion as her driving force, she started Mercy Foundation Kenya with a vision to serve, empower, and restore dignity to people in need.

Over the years, Mercy Foundation has developed programs that reach communities through counselling, mentorship, food support, menstrual hygiene support, community outreach, empowerment, and care for vulnerable families and individuals.

What began with a vision has continued to grow. Mercy Foundation has expanded its reach through different community branches and partnerships, bringing services closer to the people.
We Mercy Foundation Kenya say Thank you 🙏

The impact can be seen in the smiles of children, the confidence of young girls, the hope restored in families, and the lives touched through counselling and empowerment.

At Mercy Foundation Kenya, we believe that when we serve together, we can lift communities together.

In Service We Lift. ❤️🙏

Volunteer Spotlight | Loise Robi

There is something special about people who make room to serve, even in the middle of full lives. Loise Robi is a Project Manager at Mercy Foundation Kenya and an active member of Deliverance Churches Kenya (Two Rivers/Ruaka). Whenever she is available, she also gives her time and experience as a volunteer with us at Africa Ability.

In photos, Loise is seen facilitating one of our past school holiday sessions at our centre in Kibera, bringing together young persons with disabilities and their siblings to learn, participate and grow together.

Thank you Loise, for bringing your gifts into this community. We are grateful to have you serving alongside us.

Mercy Foundation Kenya 🌍 is growing!
We are grateful to announce that Mercy Foundation Kenya has now opened six branches, including Karen North Gate, bringing our mission closer to communities.
Through these branches, we will adopt and implement community-based programs that respond to the real needs of the people—empowering families, supporting children and youth, promoting dignity, and creating sustainable solutions.
🤝 Through partnerships and collaboration, Mercy Foundation Kenya is committed to reaching more people and creating meaningful, lasting impact in our communities.
Together, through partnership, we can serve, empower and transform lives.

Mercy Foundation Kenya visited Brilliant Angel Academy, taking foodstuffs to support the learners and sanitary pads for the girls. 💙
We believe a food package to a school cannot be complete without pads for the girls. Food nourishes the body, while menstrual support protects dignity, confidence, and school participation.
This is sustainability—meeting today’s needs while supporting a better tomorrow. 🌱
