Good morning colleagues, KUPPET members in Narok County.

It has come to our attention that some JSS teachers are experiencing delays in salary remittance, while others have not received their salaries at all.
As a Branch, we are treating this matter with the urgency it deserves and have initiated follow-up mechanisms.

We therefore urge any affected teacher to promptly reach out to the following sub-county representatives for coordinated assistance:

On 20th March 2026, the KUPPET Narok County Branch Executive Committee (BEC) met and deliberated on several key agenda items.
A major highlight of the meeting was the inauguration of the newly elected KUPPET BEC officials, marking the official commencement of their term of office and reaffirming our collective commitment to effective leadership and service to members.
Additionally, the Committee resolved to appoint BBF representatives on an interim basis for sub-counties that previously lacked representation, to ensure inclusivity and smooth coordination of teachers’ welfare at all levels. The following teachers were duly appointed:
Amalo Sub-County – Judy Tonui
St. Rita Sagamian Senior School
Narok Central Sub-County – Nickson Mukithi Mbolonza
Maasai Girls Senior School
Narok North Sub-County – Cyphers Sadera
Ole Kingara Junior School
Transmara East Sub-County – Leonard Kibet Simotwo
Kitait Junior School
These appointments are temporary and will remain in effect until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM), where substantive representatives will be appointed.
We extend our sincere congratulations to the appointed interim BBF representatives. Your appointment reflects the confidence and trust placed in your leadership and commitment to serve. As you assume this responsibility, we encourage you to uphold the values and objectives of KUPPET and to work diligently in fostering teachers’ welfare within your respective sub-counties.
We also congratulate the newly inaugurated BEC officials and wish all of you success as you undertake your respective responsibilities in service to our members.

Hello colleague teachers Of Narok County

Thank you so much for electing me as the KUPPET Chairman.I am truly grateful for the trust you have placed in me. I also sincerely thank my campaign team and everyone who supported me in one way or another. Special thanks to my wife and children for their patience and understanding during my absence throughout the rigorous campaign period.

You have spoken through the ballot and I deeply appreciate your confidence in my leadership. I lack words to fully express my gratitude.

The campaign period is now behind us. I pledge to work with the other elected officials to serve the great teachers of Narok County.

May God grant me wisdom as I begin the heavy task ahead of me of uniting the great Teachers of Narok County.

There are no more camps or teams. We are now one united team. Let us put aside the differences that arose during the campaign season and move forward together in unity.

Together we will deliver.
