Today, December 1st, we observe World AIDS Day 2024!

Youth Against Substance Abuse (YASA) Kenya joins the global community in championing the right to health and addressing inequalities that hinder progress towards achieving WHO’s Sustainable Development Goal of ending AIDS by 2030.

This year's theme, "Take the Rights Path: My Health, My Right!" underscores the importance of accessible, rights-based healthcare for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.

As we honor the memory of those we have lost, we renew our unwavering commitment to advocating for the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS.

We urge everyone to take action: take charge of your health, understand your rights, demand quality healthcare, and stand against stigma and discrimination. Together, we can build a world where everyone has access to the care and support they deserve.

Everyone deserves quality healthcare and equal rights! Let us prioritize health, fight stigma, and uphold rights for all.
